En fin de compte, on constate que les mill\u00e9niaux sont une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u2019ambitieux stress\u00e9s, d&rsquo;<em>achievers<\/em>\u00a0et de bourreaux de travail incapables de d\u00e9crocher de retour \u00e0 la maison. Portrait.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sondage apr\u00e8s apr\u00e8s sondage, on d\u00e9couvre que les <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/avec-larrivee-des-milleniaux-dans-les-entreprises-lexperience-talent-devient-aussi-importante-que-lexperience-client\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">g\u00e9n\u00e9rations montantes sont beaucoup plus travaillantes<\/a> qu\u2019on le pensait. \u00c0 titre indicateur, le r\u00e9cent rapport <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stat.gouv.qc.ca\/statistiques\/conditions-vie-societe\/regard-jeunesse-2019.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Regard statistique sur la jeunesse<\/a> montre que la proportion des 15 \u00e0 29 ans qui occupent un emploi a bondi de 56,8% \u00e0 70,1% de 1998 \u00e0 2018.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/tag\/milleniaux\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Les mill\u00e9niaux<\/a>, eux, sont tellement travaillants qu\u2019une majorit\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux (73%) <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/vie-au-travail-les-milleniaux-en-difficulte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9prouvent des sympt\u00f4mes d\u2019\u00e9puisement au travail<\/a>. Ils prennent peu de vacances (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/larryalton\/2017\/12\/29\/why-millennials-are-taking-fewer-vacations-and-why-they-should-take-more\/#67f7d9b22b6c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">48 % des mill\u00e9niaux am\u00e9ricains ne prennent pas toutes les vacances auxquelles ils ont droit<\/a>) et d\u00e9montrent une ambition insatiable de gravir les \u00e9chelons professionnels, en changeant constamment d\u2019emploi (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/workplace\/231587\/millennials-job-hopping-generation.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">en 2016, 60 % \u00e9taient ouverts \u00e0 de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s professionnelles et 36 % s\u2019attendaient \u00e0 changer d\u2019organisation dans l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Or, voici qu&rsquo;un nouveau sondage de SimplyHired r\u00e9v\u00e8le qu\u2019ils ont aussi <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.simplyhired.com\/taking-the-edge-off-after-work\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">beaucoup de difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9crocher du travail<\/a> une fois de retour \u00e0 la maison.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u00c0 quoi tu penses? Pendant que 58 % des baby-boomers rapportent faire la transition du travail \u00e0 la maison sans difficult\u00e9, seulement 36,2 % des mill\u00e9niaux affirment la m\u00eame chose. Inversement, la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00ab\u00a0du burn-out\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9tait la plus encline \u00e0 trouver cette transition \u00ab\u00a0difficile d\u2019une mani\u00e8re ou d\u2019une autre\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sachant que les mill\u00e9niaux devront travailler encore longtemps puisque, d&rsquo;une part,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ici.radio-canada.ca\/nouvelle\/1046027\/epargner-retraite-milleniaux-generation-y-acadie-endettement-dette\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l\u2019\u00e9pargne n\u2019est pas une priorit\u00e9 pour eux<\/a> et que, d&rsquo;autre part, l&rsquo;esp\u00e9rance de vie ne va qu&rsquo;en augmentant, il est raisonnable de penser qu\u2019ils seront peut-\u00eatre, finalement, la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration la plus travaillante de l\u2019histoire !<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Un conseil pour d\u00e9crocher<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Dans son \u00e9tude, SimplyHired a tent\u00e9 de d\u00e9gager les habitudes permettant aux professionnels de d\u00e9crocher plus facilement du travail.<\/p>\n<p>Pour y arriver, la firme a r\u00e9pertori\u00e9 les habitudes les plus r\u00e9currentes provenant des professionnels se d\u00e9clarant \u00ab\u00a0satisfaits\u00a0\u00bb de leur emploi, ainsi que les habitudes les plus r\u00e9currentes provenant de ceux se disant \u00ab\u00a0stress\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb par leur emploi.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les cas deux, l\u2019habitude la plus r\u00e9pandue pour d\u00e9crocher est la m\u00eame\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9sactiver les alertes et les notifications li\u00e9es au travail\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Il se peut que les employ\u00e9s \u00e9prouvent une grande satisfaction au travail pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment parce qu\u2019ils \u00e9teignent leurs notifications apr\u00e8s le travail, alors que ceux qui sont stress\u00e9s \u00e9teignent leurs notifications pour se sentir lib\u00e9r\u00e9 du travail.
