Il conviendrait donc que les travailleurs malades s\u2019absentent puisque lorsqu\u2019ils se pre\u0301sentent au travail ils y seraient moins productifs de 30 % et plus, conside\u0301rant le travail accompli en temps normal (Hemp, 2004) \u00bb, explique-t-on dans le rapport <a href=\"http:\/\/ceet.cnam.fr\/publications\/documents-de-travail\/le-presenteisme-au-travail-mieux-evaluer-pour-mieux-prevenir-1094542.kjsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Le pre\u0301sente\u0301isme au travail &#8211; Mieux e\u0301valuer pour mieux pre\u0301venir<\/a>, datant de juin 2019.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">En outre, la perte de productivite\u0301 peut s\u2019e\u0301tendre au niveau collectif compte tenu des risques de contamination sur le lieu de travail (<a href=\"https:\/\/ideas.repec.org\/a\/eee\/jhecon\/v28y2009i5p1012-1017.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Barmby et Larguem, 1999<\/a>).\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Pour comprendre l\u2019\u00e9tendue du probl\u00e8me, il suffit de consulter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.roberthalf.com\/blog\/management-tips\/are-your-coworkers-making-you-sick?utm_campaign=Press_Release&amp;utm_medium=Link&amp;utm_source=Press_Release\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">un r\u00e9cent sondage de la firme Robert Half<\/a>, o\u00f9 90% des employ\u00e9s affirment se pr\u00e9senter au bureau lorsqu\u2019ils sont malades.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re raison \u00e9voqu\u00e9e dans le sondage est la surcharge de travail (54%), le refus d\u2019utiliser un cong\u00e9 maladie (40%), la pression de l\u2019employeur d\u2019\u00eatre pr\u00e9sent (34%) et finalement, la pression des pairs, qui entrent eux aussi au travail lorsqu\u2019ils sont malades.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><strong>Les corr\u00e9lations du pr\u00e9sent\u00e9isme<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019on cherche la principale cause du pr\u00e9sent\u00e9isme, l\u2019\u00e9tude fran\u00e7aise fait directement \u00e9cho au sondage de Robert Half:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">La charge de travail apparai\u0302t comme un de\u0301terminant central du pre\u0301sente\u0301isme, moins toutefois en termes de dure\u0301e de travail hebdomadaire que dans les dimensions mesurant l\u2019urgence au travail. Si le salarie\u0301 doit toujours se de\u0301pe\u0302cher, s\u2019il manque de temps pour re\u0301aliser ses ta\u0302ches, il s\u2019absentera moins en cas de maladie.\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Par une analys<\/span>e statistique des donn\u00e9es nationales, les chercheurs fran\u00e7ais parviennent \u00e0 d\u00e9gager une s\u00e9rie de conditions gagnantes pointant vers une r\u00e9duction du pr\u00e9sent\u00e9isme. Ils peuvent agir sur deux fronts principaux : la charge, mais aussi <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/les-3c-voici-la-culture-dentreprise-quil-faut-instiller-pour-faire-face-au-futur-du-travail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l\u2019organisation du travail<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">[Nos] re\u0301sultats sugge\u0300rent que les employeurs devraient conside\u0301rer comment limiter la charge de travail impose\u0301e aux salarie\u0301s et leur conce\u0301der une ve\u0301ritable autonomie de de\u0301cision dans l\u2019organisation de leur travail au jour le jour.\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Cela, sans n\u00e9gliger la reconnaissance au travail :<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">De plus, l\u2019inse\u0301curite\u0301 du travail est e\u0301galement corre\u0301le\u0301e au pre\u0301sente\u0301isme des travailleurs, tandis qu\u2019au contraire les indicateurs d\u2019un travail inte\u0301ressant, comme <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/comment-exolnet-attire-et-fidelise-des-talents-par-la-reconnaissance-non-monetaire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d\u2019un
