En 2012, une importante crois\u00e9e des chemins m\u2019am\u00e8ne \u00e0 choisir l\u2019enseignement du yoga. Professeure de yoga depuis 2014, je m\u2019int\u00e9resse particuli\u00e8rement aux bienfaits du yoga, de la m\u00e9ditation et de la respiration, notamment sur l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et le syst\u00e8me nerveux.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019enseigne en mettant l\u2019accent sur la respiration et la pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 soi pour amener les gens \u00e0 faire \u00ab PAUSE \u00bb. \u00c0 sortir de la performance, des exigences et de la critique et \u00e0 se foutre la paix \u00e0 l\u2019occasion. Pour se reconnecter \u00e0 eux-m\u00eames et retrouver du pouvoir sur leur bien-\u00eatre. Depuis 2017, j\u2019offre un atelier sur l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et la respiration, Aborder l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 un souffle \u00e0 la fois, de m\u00eame que des ateliers et des cours en
