{"id":76742,"date":"2020-06-24T12:50:52","date_gmt":"2020-06-24T16:50:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=76742"},"modified":"2020-08-14T11:41:41","modified_gmt":"2020-08-14T15:41:41","slug":"le-grand-flou-du-retour-au-bureau","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/le-grand-flou-du-retour-au-bureau\/","title":{"rendered":"Le grand flou du retour au bureau"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-76743\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/bureau-vide-travail-unsplash-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"654\" height=\"436\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/bureau-vide-travail-unsplash-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/bureau-vide-travail-unsplash-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/bureau-vide-travail-unsplash-1024x684.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/bureau-vide-travail-unsplash-272x182.jpg 272w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 654px) 100vw, 654px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10px;\">25 juin 2020<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Un <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.vmware.com\/canada\/2020\/06\/23\/virtual-vacuum-canadas-new-remote-workers-have-embraced-change-but-lack-clarity-on-what-comes-next\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sondage r\u00e9cent men\u00e9 par la firme\u00a0<\/a><span lang=\"FR-CA\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.vmware.com\/canada\/2020\/06\/23\/virtual-vacuum-canadas-new-remote-workers-have-embraced-change-but-lack-clarity-on-what-comes-next\/\">VMware Canada<\/a> affirme que seulement un Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois sur cinq (21 %) d\u00e9clare que son employeur a clairement fait part de ses plans pour le retour au bureau.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>989 Canadiens repr\u00e9sentatifs de la population ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s par\u00a0Hill+Knowlton Strategies du 12 au 14 mai dernier afin de conna\u00eetre leur ressenti sur leur retour au travail, apr\u00e8s le confinement et le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le moins que l&rsquo;on puisse dire, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;il y aura clairement <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/est-ce-la-fin-des-bureaux-et-espaces-de-travail-tels-que-nous-les-connaissons\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">un avant et un apr\u00e8s COVID-19 de ce point de vue.<\/a>\u00a0En effet,<span lang=\"FR-CA\">\u00a0neuf personnes sur dix (92%) au Qu\u00e9bec travaillant actuellement de la maison pensent que la pand\u00e9mie aura un impact \u00e0 long terme sur notre fa\u00e7on de travailler.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><strong>Moins d&rsquo;une personne sur dix veut revenir uniquement au bureau !<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Plus en d\u00e9tail, une tr\u00e8s faible minorit\u00e9 (8%) de\u00a0<span lang=\"FR-CA\">personnes travaillant actuellement de la maison disent vouloir travailler uniquement depuis un bureau \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir. \u00c0 noter que ce chiffre est particuli\u00e8rement bas dans la province, comparativement \u00e0 celui de l&rsquo;ensemble du Canada (17 %). \u00c0 l&rsquo;inverse, six sur dix (62 %)\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"FR-CA\">pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent travailler de la maison plus souvent qu&rsquo;auparavant voire exclusivement. Autant dire que les salari\u00e9s ont pris go\u00fbt au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. L&rsquo;essayer, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;adopter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Un chiffre d&rsquo;autant plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que la moiti\u00e9 des sond\u00e9s (49 %) avouent n&rsquo;avoir jamais travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 domicile auparavant.<\/p>\n<p>Une des raisons de ce pl\u00e9biscite : l&rsquo;absence de d\u00e9placement pour se rendre au bureau. 60 % des r\u00e9pondants qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois affirment que cela leur\u00a0<span lang=\"FR-CA\">a donn\u00e9 plus de temps et d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie pour leur travail. Malgr\u00e9 tout, tout n&rsquo;est pas parfait :\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"FR-CA\">64% s\u2019ennuient de ne pas pouvoir voir leurs coll\u00e8gues en personne. La fameuse fatigue du Zoom&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><strong>Aux employeurs de se trancher<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Autre d\u00e9fi \u00e0 r\u00e9gler pour un tiers des r\u00e9pondants (32 %) :<span lang=\"FR-CA\">\u00a0les outils dont ils ont besoin pour faire leur travail ne sont pas faciles d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 distance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Toujours est-il que des choix vont devoir \u00eatre pris par les entreprises et les services RH.\u00a0<span lang=\"FR-CA\">Trois personnes sur quatre (74%) ne pensent pas qu&rsquo;il faille s&rsquo;attendre \u00e0 ce que les employ\u00e9s travaillent \u00e0 temps plein dans un bureau, car la pand\u00e9mie a montr\u00e9 que le travail \u00e0 distance est possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Malheureusement, le flou r\u00e8gne \u00e0 en croire la majorit\u00e9 des r\u00e9pondants. S<span lang=\"FR-CA\">eulement 31% ont re\u00e7u la confirmation que les modalit\u00e9s de travail seront plus flexibles \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Les Canadiens veulent plus de choix et de flexibilit\u00e9 dans leur fa\u00e7on de travailler apr\u00e8s la COVID-19, indique\u00a0Sean Forkan, Vice Pr\u00e9sident et responsable de VMware Canada. Le nouveau normal sera et devra \u00eatre une main d&rsquo;oeuvre distribu\u00e9e. Les employeurs devront permettre de travailler \u00e0 tout moment, de n&rsquo;importe quel lieu et avec toutes les technologies car le travail au bureau ne sera plus la
