Il n&rsquo;y a pas si longtemps, <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/comment-les-entreprises-quebecoises-peuvent-reagir-a-la-suite-de-la-mort-de-george-floyd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nous avons assist\u00e9 \u00e0 une pluie de communiqu\u00e9s de presse et de publications Facebook truff\u00e9s de bonnes intentions<\/a>. Il est maintenant temps de passer de la parole aux actes, croit Candice Maxis, CRHA, directrice principale de talents chez Deloitte. Entrevue.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00c0 l\u2019heure actuelle, on a beaucoup d&rsquo;\u00e9changes sur des constats que l\u2019on conna\u00eet d\u00e9j\u00e0, \u00e0 travers des panels et des groupes de discussion, mais on parle moins des plans d\u2019actions.\u00a0Je ne veux pas minimiser l\u2019importance du dialogue actuel, mais j&rsquo;aimerais, comme soci\u00e9t\u00e9, que l&rsquo;on pivote vers des actions concr\u00e8tes.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">La directrice <\/span>RH se questionne sur les mesures concr\u00e8tes que prennent les organisations, au-del\u00e0 des \u00abbelles\u00bb annonces que l\u2019on voit sur les sites Web d\u2019entreprises et tout le marketing RH qui entoure la diversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Est-ce que l\u2019entreprise a pris le temps de d\u00e9finir ce que \u00e7a veut dire pour elle, <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/comment-devenir-une-organisation-plus-inclusive-quand-on-part-de-loin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">une culture de diversit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion<\/a>? Est-ce qu\u2019elle a identifi\u00e9 des cibles ou des objectifs de repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9, \u00e0 tous les niveaux de hi\u00e9rarchie de l\u2019entreprise. Est-ce que l\u2019entreprise a pris le temps de revoir ses processus RH, pour d\u00e9celer les biais inconscients qui favorisent certaines candidatures plut\u00f4t que d\u2019autres?\u00a0Ce sont toutes des questions qu\u2019une entreprise doit se poser si elle veut aspirer \u00e0 \u00eatre inclusive. \u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Transparence et imputabilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 pour le plan d\u2019action. Aucune des mesures mentionn\u00e9es ci-haut n\u2019est r\u00e9volutionnaire en soi. Il s\u2019agit de bonnes pratiques RH, connues de tou.tes et r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es ad nauseam par tous les professionnels RH qui portent le dossier de la diversit\u00e9&#8230; Les constats sont connus, insiste Candice Maxis.<\/p>\n<p>Comment faire, maintenant, pour qu\u2019un plan d\u2019inclusion se concr\u00e9tise? Comment convaincre les gestionnaires de surmonter leurs <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/comment-deceler-les-biais-cognitifs-inconscients-qui-nous-font-prendre-de-mauvaises-decisions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">biais inconscients<\/a>? \u00c0 ces questions, la directrice RH donne deux pistes de r\u00e9ponse:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">C\u2019est important d\u2019avoir de la transparence sur les donn\u00e9es. Quand je suis un gestionnaire d\u2019entreprise, je regarde mes revenues, mes co\u00fbts et mes profits; je pense que l\u2019inclusion devrait \u00eatre un champ qui a la m\u00eame visibilit\u00e9. Pour savoir o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on s\u2019en va, on doit savoir d\u2019o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on part. Et si on ne regarde pas cette information de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, cette priorit\u00e9 tombe facilement aux oubliettes.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ensuite, les \u00e9q<\/span>uipes de gestion doivent rendre des comptes sur les progr\u00e8s que fait l\u2019entreprise dans le dossier de la diversit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;inclusion.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Un engagement de la direction, \u00e7a peut vouloir dire\u00a0: est-ce que nos gestionnaires sont \u00e9valu\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 leurs comportements inclusifs ?\u00a0Les \u00e9quipes de gestion ont la responsabilit\u00e9 de faire bouger les choses.
