Les consommateurs exigent que leurs communications &#8211; voix et donn\u00e9es &#8211; puissent \u00eatre transmises sans d\u00e9lai \u00e0 leurs r\u00e9cepteurs. Mais est-ce le cas partout au Canada que les utilisateurs soient en mesure de profiter d&rsquo;un tel niveau de performance?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">C&rsquo;est dans cette perspective\u00a0que <a href=\"http:\/\/www.newswire.ca\/fr\/story\/1402738\/le-reseau-sans-fil-4g-lte-de-bell-est-maintenant-plus-rapide-que-jamais\"><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Bell a annonc\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><\/a>, le 26 ao\u00fbt dernier, une augmentation de 45% de la vitesse maximale de t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement de ses r\u00e9seaux 4G LTE d&rsquo;ici la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2015. Une technologie de communication sans fil offrant, dit Bell, un niveau suffisant pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences actuelles du march\u00e9. Mais est-ce vraiment le cas?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">De 75 m\u00e9gabits\/seconde actuellement en vigueur (12 \u00e0 25Mbits\/s de moyenne), l&rsquo;investissement de 7$ milliards dans le d\u00e9veloppement de ses r\u00e9seaux augmentera\u00a0le d\u00e9bit maximal \u00e0 110 m\u00e9gabits par seconde (14 \u00e0 36 m\u00e9gabits\/seconde de moyenne). Bell indique par ailleurs que leurs abonn\u00e9s install\u00e9s\u00a0dans des r\u00e9gions moins dens\u00e9ment peupl\u00e9es pourront dor\u00e9navant profiter de cette technologie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mais d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.itu.int\/net\/pressoffice\/index.aspx?lang=fr\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">l&rsquo;Union internationale des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications <\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong>(UIT), qui est l&rsquo;organisme r\u00e9gulateur en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9seaux cellulaires, le r\u00e9seau 4G (4\u00e8 g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de r\u00e9seaux cellulaires permettant la transmission de la\u00a0voix et des donn\u00e9es) est celui qui doit offrir une vitesse de t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement de 100Mbit\/s pour un usager en mouvement et 1Gbit\/s en mode stationnaire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si on consid\u00e8re valables les \u00e9tudes qui d\u00e9montrent une puissance sup\u00e9rieure de la transmission dans les villes par rapport aux r\u00e9gions \u00e9loign\u00e9es, on doit donc prendre cette nouvelle de Bell avec prudence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;ailleurs ce que vient dire<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.netbiscuits.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Netbiscuits<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0dont\u00a0la note, parue le 27 ao\u00fbt dernier et relay\u00e9e par <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emarketer.com\/Article\/Impressive-Mobile-Internet-Traffic-via-4G-Canada\/1011151\/3\"><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">eMarketer<\/span><\/strong><\/a>, affirme que le Canada se classe globalement 5\u00e8 parmi les pays du monde dont le trafic Internet 4G est le plus r\u00e9pandu.
