En amont, nous vous proposons une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;articles sur le sujet, en commen\u00e7ant, aujourd&rsquo;hui, par l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience en ligne.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">La pand\u00e9mie a compl\u00e8tement chamboul\u00e9 nos habitudes d\u2019achat. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 forc\u00e9 de nous ruer vers le commerce en ligne pour combler plusieurs de nos besoins de consommation, m\u00eame si l\u2019exp\u00e9rience est loin d\u2019y \u00eatre toujours id\u00e9ale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Selon une \u00e9tude d&rsquo;Absolunet, <a href=\"https:\/\/absolunet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Absolunet-COVID-19-et-eCommerce-au-Que%CC%81bec-et-au-Canada-FR.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">certaines cat\u00e9gories d\u2019articles ont vu une explosion de leurs ventes en ligne (+160% pour la restauration et les appareils m\u00e9nagers), alors que d&rsquo;autres conna\u00eessent une progression beaucoup plus modeste (+21% pour le v\u00eatement)<\/a>. Un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne qui se comprend, compte tenu de la difficult\u00e9 d\u2019essayer des v\u00eatements en ligne. Toutefois, la technologie est en train de combler certaines de ces lacunes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Partons d\u2019une anecdote personnelle. Le week-end dernier, je contemplais l\u2019id\u00e9e de m\u2019acheter le maillot de mon \u00e9quipe cycliste pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e, Trek-Segafredo. Apr\u00e8s avoir trouv\u00e9 l\u2019item sur le site Bike In, je me suis rappel\u00e9 d\u2019un inconv\u00e9nient majeur\u00a0: les maillots de v\u00e9lo sont faits pour \u00eatre port\u00e9s ajust\u00e9s, et donc, il est tr\u00e8s difficile d\u2019en choisir un sans l\u2019essayer.<\/p>\n<p>Sauf que voici\u00a0: le site proposait un questionnaire pour identifier sa \u00ab\u00a0taille id\u00e9ale\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e0 partir de quelques questions \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires. Toutefois, l\u2019anecdote montre comment des algorithmes d\u2019intelligence artificielle peuvent compl\u00e8tement m\u00e9tamorphoser l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019achat en ligne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Intelligence artificielle = personnalisation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/experience.surmesur.com\/fr?campaignid=6450030231&amp;adgroupid=76860142973&amp;gclid=Cj0KCQjw1qL6BRCmARIsADV9JtZ4frdP22m6b0XzSBx24LrtS80ZN4XW4kXaSwsqE95gzFU-do9MlZcaArqDEALw_wcB\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Surmesur<\/a> est une entreprise de Qu\u00e9bec qui fait des complets sur mesure en utilisant des algorithmes d\u2019intelligence artificielle pour \u00e9tablir des mensurations ultrapr\u00e9cises qui s\u2019adaptent \u00e0 chaque client.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">On a b\u00e2ti des algorithmes capables de nous dire avec une pr\u00e9cision de 95 % \u00e0 98 % quel est le \u00abperfect fit\u00bb d&rsquo;une personne, \u00e0 partir de sa taille, de son poids et de sa grandeur de souliers\u00bb, expliquait le cofondateur Vincent Th\u00e9riault, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesaffaires.com\/dossier\/accelerez-votre-transformation-numerique\/bonsoir-elle-est-partie--quatre-technologies-qui-vont-propulser-votre-entreprise-tres-loin\/617088\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dans un article des Affaires<\/a>.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">L\u2019entreprise a<\/span> d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 son propre algorithme maison. Toutefois, il existe maintenant plusieurs applications qui offrent ce service comme une fonctionnalit\u00e9 \u00e0 ajouter \u00e0 votre site de commerce en ligne. Parmi celles-ci, <a href=\"https:\/\/easysize.me\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EasySize<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bodyblock.ai\/recommend\/?SQF_SOURCE=google-ads&amp;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BoddyBlock<\/a> se pr\u00e9sentent comme des plateformes propuls\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019intelligence artificielle, permettant de sugg\u00e9rer la taille de v\u00eatement ou de soulier id\u00e9al en fonction d&rsquo;un bref questionnaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e9tendue<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 du \u00ab\u00a0fit\u00a0\u00bb, l\u2019autre obstacle \u00e0 surmonter dans un contexte d\u2019achat en ligne est l\u2019essayage; on veut savoir, comme consommateur, comment l\u2019article nous va.
