Cette ann\u00e9e, le si\u00e8ge social de Boucherville a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019appliquer cette bienveillance \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de son r\u00e9seau, en lan\u00e7ant un important chantier RH visant \u00e0 proposer un bouquet de 65 mesures \u00ab\u00a0anti-stress\u00a0\u00bb aux entrepreneurs ind\u00e9pendants associ\u00e9s \u00e0 sa marque.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle nous est parvenue dans un communiqu\u00e9 de presse, o\u00f9 Point S Canada annon\u00e7ait s&rsquo;\u00eatre dot\u00e9 d\u2019une \u00ab\u00a0nouvelle marque employeur\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Intrigu\u00e9 par la d\u00e9marche, nous nous sommes entretenu avec Isabelle Morin, directrice principale des ressources humaines de Point S Canada, pour en savoir plus. La directrice nous a assur\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019y avait pas d\u2019enjeu sp\u00e9cifique de stress au sein de son r\u00e9seau d\u2019entrepreneurs ind\u00e9pendants.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/5EK1zxEtpHs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Nous cherchions un facteur diff\u00e9renciateur pour nous d\u00e9marquer comme employeur, et le stress n\u2019est pas une th\u00e9matique qui est souvent abord\u00e9e dans le secteur de la m\u00e9canique automobile. Aussi, on se rend compte que le stress est un enjeu pr\u00e9sent dans le monde travail et on a voulu l&rsquo;aborder de front. On pense que \u00e7a r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un besoin des travailleurs de les soutenir \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> \u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Le positionne<\/span>ment actuel a pour objectif de soutenir les membres du r\u00e9seau de Point S Canada dans leur recrutement, explique la directrice RH. Comme dans bien des secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9s, les entrepreneurs de m\u00e9canique automobile \u00e9prouvent de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver de la main-d\u2019oeuvre sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e et pourvoir tous leurs postes, et ce, depuis un certain temps d\u00e9j\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vaste chantier \u00ab\u00a0anti-stress\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le si\u00e8ge social a donc lanc\u00e9 un vaste chantier RH, visant \u00e0 proposer plus d\u2019une soixantaine de mesures \u00ab\u00a0anti-stress\u00a0\u00bb aux ateliers de m\u00e9canique automobile qui op\u00e8rent sous sa banni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Quelques-unes de ces mesures sont particuli\u00e8rement innovatrices. En janvier, avant m\u00eame le d\u00e9but de la pand\u00e9mie, Point S Canada a d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 dans son si\u00e8ge social \u2013 et pour toute entreprise associ\u00e9e qui veut s\u2019en pr\u00e9valoir &#8211; un service de t\u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9decine offert aux employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, l&rsquo;entreprise \u00e9value la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;offrir aux employ\u00e9s de son r\u00e9seau la possibilit\u00e9 de s&rsquo;abonner \u00e0 un service livraison d&rsquo;\u00e9picerie en ligne et de se pr\u00e9valoir de services de garde ponctuels.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">On veut se distinguer des autres entreprises en soutenant nos employ\u00e9s aussi bien au bureau que dans leur vie personnelle, explique Isabelle Morin.
