Analyse des premiers r\u00e9sultats.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Chaque mois, le Barom\u00e8tre du CQCD sondera plus de 1 000 Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois principaux responsables des achats, afin d\u2019effectuer diff\u00e9rentes mesures sp\u00e9cifiques en lien avec la p\u00e9riode ou de nouvelles mesures sanitaires, et ce, afin de mieux comprendre le profil du consommateur \u00e9voluant dans les diverses habitudes d\u2019achat.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><em>Le secteur du commerce de d\u00e9tail est un des secteurs d\u2019affaires les plus bouscul\u00e9s par la crise de la pand\u00e9mie de la Covid-19.<\/em><em>Le niveau de brouillard est toujours tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9. Les d\u00e9taillants doivent naviguer \u00e0 vue. Il est difficile de pr\u00e9voir comment les consommateurs vont agir. La marge d\u2019erreur est mince,<\/em><em>\u00bb affirme le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Conseil qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois du commerce de d\u00e9tail, St\u00e9phane Drouin.<\/em><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Avant d&rsquo;ajouter :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><em>Anticiper les comportements des consommateurs en fonction de tout ce qui touche les mesures reli\u00e9es \u00e0 la Covid-19 et aux p\u00e9riodes traditionnelles du commerce de d\u00e9tail devient la cl\u00e9 pour la survie et la croissance des d\u00e9taillants.\u00a0<\/em><em>C\u2019est dans notre mission d\u2019aider les d\u00e9taillants de leur amener plus de clart\u00e9 et de les aider \u00e0 \u00eatre plus agiles pour d\u00e9finir, dans toute cette mouvance, quelles actions prendre pour mieux r\u00e9pondre aux attentes de leurs clients.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re vague r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en septembre pr\u00e9sente, de ce point de vue, des enseignements \u00e9clairants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un climat d&rsquo;incertitude<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, on sent comme un climat de m\u00e9fiance et d&rsquo;incertitude parmi les Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois. Ainsi, d&rsquo;un point de vue sanitaire,\u00a078 % des gens ont un certain niveau de peur d\u2019attraper la COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-79180 aligncenter\" les achats des derniers mois se sont faits essentiellement en magasin encore.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-79183\" personnes ont ainsi beaucoup diminu\u00e9 la fr\u00e9quence de leurs visites en magasin.<\/p>\n<p>Cette proportion est d&rsquo;autant plus grande plus l&rsquo;\u00e2ge (et les risques de contracter d&rsquo;Internet, notamment dans le secteur de l&rsquo;alimentation ou des meubles et \u00e9lectrom\u00e9nagers. 20 % des r\u00e9pondants envisagent d&rsquo;augmenter d&rsquo;ailleurs leurs achats en ligne d&rsquo;ici les trois prochains mois.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-79188\" d\u2019une visite en magasin. Alors que seulement 16 % ne le sont pas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-79185\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/covid-300x129.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"688\" height=\"296\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/covid-300x129.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/covid-768x330.png 768w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/covid-1024x439.png 1024w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/covid.png 1191w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 688px) 100vw, 688px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cons\u00e9quence logique : le niveau de plaisir de magasiner dans le contexte actuel est plus faible pour 66% des sond\u00e9s qu&rsquo;avant la pand\u00e9mie (seulement 5% disent le contraire).<\/p>\n<p>Si le sentiment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est assez \u00e9quivalent entre les boutiques, l&rsquo;\u00e9picerie et en pharmacie et reste plut\u00f4t bon&#8230; l&rsquo;irritabilit\u00e9 face aux consignes sanitaires gagnent du terrain.
