Ils se disent pr\u00e8s \u00e0 se tourner vers une autre entreprise en cas de mauvaise exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n<p>La raison? La pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<p>La population canadienne a d\u00fb s&rsquo;adapter tout au long de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Confinement, masques, tenue de distance, t\u00e9l\u00e9travail&#8230; selon 81% d&rsquo;entre elle, il est normal pour les entreprises de s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 leur tour.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/les-quebecois-vont-ils-durablement-changer-leurs-comportements-dachat-apres-la-covid-19\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19<\/a> est venue rehausser l&rsquo;engagement et les attentes des clients, d\u00e9clare Rizwan\u00a0Khalfan, chef, Num\u00e9rique et Paiements, Groupe Banque\u00a0TD. \u00c0 pr\u00e9sent, la majorit\u00e9 de nos clients utilisent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement nos plateformes num\u00e9riques (&#8230;). Nous savons que nos clients veulent des exp\u00e9riences qui refl\u00e8tent la fa\u00e7on dont ils se sont adapt\u00e9s pendant la pand\u00e9mie. C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;ailleurs pour cette raison que nous travaillons \u00e0 leur offrir des exp\u00e9riences personnalis\u00e9es sous une forme nouvelle et novatrice \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de nos canaux.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Plus de temps pass\u00e9 en ligne<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un autre aspect important de ce sondage montre que les Canadiens (72%) s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 passer encore plus de temps en ligne, notamment <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/un-canadien-sur-deux-a-accru-ses-achats-en-ligne-depuis-la-pandemie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pour leurs achats<\/a>, dans l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les diff\u00e9rents services offerts en ligne, les cinq pour lesquels les Canadiens passeront le plus de temps en ligne sont:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les services bancaires (87%);<\/li>\n<li>les v\u00eatements (60%);<\/li>\n<li>la formation continue\/\u00e0 distance (54%);<\/li>\n<li>les articles pour la maison (\u00e9lectrom\u00e9nagers, mobilier) (48%);<\/li>\n<li>les conseils financiers (44%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Toutefois, les utilisateurs s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 recevoir le m\u00eame niveau de service que s&rsquo;ils interagissaient en personne.<\/p>\n<p>Comme le montre le sondage, ils sont 74\u00a0% \u00e0 avoir r\u00e9pondu que les entreprises devraient privil\u00e9gier le service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le virtuel.<\/p>\n<p>80% des interrog\u00e9s s&rsquo;attendent \u00e9galement \u00e0 ce que les entreprises <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/avenir-du-commerce-de-detail-comment-reinventer-lexperience-en-ligne\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">am\u00e9liorent plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement<\/a> leurs outils num\u00e9riques pour optimiser l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maintenant que nous savons que les Canadiens sont plus nombreux qu&rsquo;avant \u00e0 avoir recours au num\u00e9rique, nous devons continuer d&rsquo;innover afin de d\u00e9passer leurs attentes.
