C&rsquo;est pourtant ce que Facebook a offert pour le rachat de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kustomer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kustomer<\/a>, <em>startup<\/em> sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e\u00a0dans la gestion de la relation client.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>On le sait, Facebook devient de plus en plus pens\u00e9 pour les professionnels et les entreprises. Bien plus qu&rsquo;un simple r\u00e9seau social, le site se veut d\u00e9sormais connexion entre entreprises et clients.<\/p>\n<p>Une position d&rsquo;ailleurs totalement assum\u00e9e par les \u00e9quipes du site:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Notre objectif derri\u00e8re Kustomer est simple: offrir un acc\u00e8s aux meilleurs outils de service et de support\u00a0aux entreprises \u00bb, expliquent-elles <a href=\"https:\/\/about.fb.com\/news\/2020\/11\/kustomer-to-join-facebook\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dans un communiqu\u00e9<\/a>.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>S&rsquo;adapter au num\u00e9rique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Offrir toujours plus d&rsquo;outils aux entreprises est un choix sens\u00e9 et logique pour Facebook, surtout en ces temps de pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, le Covid-19 a fortement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 le passage au num\u00e9rique de beaucoup d&rsquo;entreprises et d&rsquo;organisations. \u00c0 eux et elles d&rsquo;adapter leur communication et leur relation client \u00e0 ces nouveaux outils.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00ab\u00a0Toutes les entreprises savent que quand le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone sonne, elles doivent d\u00e9crocher. Or les textos et messages sont devenus aussi importants que les coups de fil, et elles doivent s\u2019adapter\u00a0\u00bb, continuent\u00a0Dan Levy, vice-pr\u00e9sident publicit\u00e9s et produits business et Matt Idema, COO de WhatsApp, dans le communiqu\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Selon un r\u00e9cent sondage, les Canadiens seraient d&rsquo;ailleurs de plus en plus enclins <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/les-canadiens-prets-a-se-tourner-vers-une-autre-entreprise-en-cas-dexperience-numerique-mediocre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e0 tourner le dos \u00e0 une entreprise<\/a> en cas de mauvaise exp\u00e9rience num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que Kustomer entre en jeu.<\/p>\n<p>La jeune pousse propose de rassembler toutes les interactions clients d&rsquo;une entreprise, au m\u00eame endroit.<\/p>\n<p>Une fa\u00e7on simplifi\u00e9e de retrouver toutes les conversations entre clients et entreprise, qu&rsquo;elles viennent de Facebook, Twitter, ou encore de ses courriels, par exemple.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;outil \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 propos\u00e9, en partie, aux entreprises pr\u00e9sentes sur le r\u00e9seau social.<\/p>\n<p>Avec cette acquisition, la firme de Mark Zuckerberg compte am\u00e9liorer les produits offerts par l&rsquo;entreprise ainsi que d&rsquo;innover avec elle.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">De cette fa\u00e7on, un plus grand nombre de personnes auront acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un service client plus rapide, plus riche et accessible \u00e0 n&rsquo;importe quel moment, et de la fa\u00e7on qu&rsquo;ils le souhaitent. \u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dans un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kustomer.com\/blog\/kustomer-to-join-facebook-helping-brands-thrive-in-digital-economy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communiqu\u00e9 distinct<\/a>, le PDG de Kustomer,\u00a0Brad Birnbaum, ajoute:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ces pratiques ne sont pas juste du \u00ab\u00a0bon business\u00a0\u00bb. Elles font partie des facteurs qui cr\u00e9ent une loyaut\u00e9 envers une marque, et qui fait revenir les clients. Tout cela se traduit directement en des impacts positifs.\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>L\u2019op\u00e9ration de rachat devra toutefois \u00eatre valid\u00e9e par les autorit\u00e9s de r\u00e9gulation. Facebook se trouve dans son viseur depuis quelques temps maintenant. L&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 suspecte en effet la plateforme\u00a0d\u2019\u00e9ventuels abus de position dominante, et a\u00a0lanc\u00e9 plusieurs enqu\u00eates \u00e0 ce sujet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
