Parmi eux, pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (44,2%) sont des employ\u00e9s, contre 10,8% de gestionnaires ou encore 8% de sans-emploi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Des boss \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quelle que soit la cat\u00e9gorie des travailleurs interrog\u00e9s, tous ont r\u00e9pondu que la qualit\u00e9 la plus importante pour un \u00abbon boss\u00bb \u00e9tait l\u2019\u00e9coute et la communication.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 l\u2019exception des chercheurs d\u2019emploi, la qualit\u00e9 #2 qui ressort toujours est qu\u2019un bon boss est respectueux. Pour les chercheurs d\u2019emploi, les qualit\u00e9s recherch\u00e9es en 2e et 3e position respectivement sont la conciliation et la comp\u00e9tence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>La pand\u00e9mie a eu un impact important<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En trois ans, les r\u00e9ponses ont beaucoup \u00e9volu\u00e9 et cette ann\u00e9e d&rsquo;autant plus, en raison du contexte sanitaire mondial.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En effet, un r\u00e9pondant sur quatre consid\u00e8re que sa perception d&rsquo;un bon boss a chang\u00e9 depuis 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aujourd&rsquo;hui, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments ayant gagn\u00e9 le plus en importance sont la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&rsquo;aspect humain d&rsquo;un gestionnaire revient aussi tr\u00e8s souvent parmi les r\u00e9ponses.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un r\u00e9pondant explique m\u00eame que, selon lui, le monde du travail change:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\">Nous sommes dans une nouvelle \u00e8re o\u00f9 la bienveillance et la conscience se rencontrent\u00bb.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sur le site de l\u2019entreprise, les \u00e9quipes reviennent sur les conclusions tir\u00e9es par ce sondage :<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\">Il semblerait que, de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, un bon boss est vu comme le protecteur de son \u00e9quipe. Ainsi, il est possible d\u2019avancer que lorsque les employ\u00e9s sont orient\u00e9s vers leur d\u00e9veloppement professionnel, ils recherchent l\u2019appui de leur gestionnaire dans ce processus. Cela dit, lorsque la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s est remise en question, ceux-ci semblent rechercher avant tout une protection contre cette menace.
