Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 maintenant, les plateformes \u00e9trang\u00e8res en ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les grandes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires. Dans une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente de NETendances, on apprenait que Amazon et les autres marchands \u00ab\u00e9trangers\u00bb r\u00e9coltaient respectivement 40% et 16% des commandes effectu\u00e9es par les cyberacheteurs qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois. Et si on se concentre sur les PME de 20 employ\u00e9s et plus, on est \u00e0 41%.<\/p>\n<p>Au Qu\u00e9bec, un rapport de D\u00e9tail Qu\u00e9bec nous apprend que le pourcentage des entreprises de commerce de d\u00e9tail (excluant les \u00e9piceries et les stations d\u2019essence) qui ont un site transactionnel est pass\u00e9 de 36% en 2019 \u00e0 52 % un an plus tard. Il reste encore des efforts pour attirer les nombreux acheteurs en ligne sous des enseignes qu\u00e9b\u00e9coises.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019IA, une arme de personnalisation massive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les Am\u00e9ricains aiment dire qu\u2019on n\u2019apporte pas un couteau \u00e0 un duel de fusils (\u00ab<em>you don\u2019t bring a knife to a gun fight<\/em>\u00bb). Dans le monde du marketing num\u00e9rique, cela signifie que les entreprises canadiennes et qu\u00e9b\u00e9coises doivent commencer \u00e0 s&rsquo;int\u00e9resser aux outils de personnalisation des contenus (dop\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle) utilis\u00e9s par leurs comp\u00e9titeurs am\u00e9ricains.<\/p>\n<p>Pour certaines entreprises, l&rsquo;impact de l\u2019IA sur le taux de conversation et la grosseur du panier d&rsquo;achats est tout simplement \u00e9poustouflant.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">La recherche montre que les exp\u00e9riences de navigation contextualis\u00e9es par pertinence peuvent augmenter le taux de conversion jusqu\u2019\u00e0 216%.
