Alors que le monde du travail est en pleine mutation et que le contexte mondial a acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 ces changements dans les milieux de travail, l\u2019entreprise montr\u00e9alaise r\u00e9affirme haut et fort sa mission qui l\u2019anime depuis 15 ans : \u00ab Repenser le monde du travail \u00bb.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>La campagne invite tous les travailleurs de la tech \u00e0 rejoindre leurs rangs de GSoft, pour qu\u2019ensemble, ils contribuent directement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des milieux de travail gr\u00e2ce aux produits qu\u2019ils cr\u00e9eront. 94 % des employeurs qu\u00e9b\u00e9coises font face \u00e0 un enjeu de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et ils sont nombreux \u00e0 se faire tr\u00e8s attrayantes : GSoft souhaite donc sortir du lot afin de s\u2019adresser \u00e0 ses potentiels talents.<\/p>\n<p>Une collaboration avec l\u2019illustrateur montr\u00e9alais Brother Merle a permis d\u2019illustrer de mani\u00e8re distinctive des exemples concrets des nouvelles r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du<br \/>\ntravail.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Brother Merle nous propose un style align\u00e9 avec notre plateforme de marque, et il a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 illustrer avec justesse tous ces changements v\u00e9cus au cours des derniers mois. D\u2019ailleurs, chez GSoft, \u00e7a fait 15 ans que l\u2019on contribue directement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution du march\u00e9 du travail, nous for\u00e7ant constamment \u00e0 \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019avant-garde des nouvelles m\u00e9thodes \u00e0 adopter. C\u2019\u00e9tait donc tr\u00e8s inspirant de collaborer avec eux dans un projet o\u00f9 nous pouvions mettre \u00e0 profit notre vision synergique entre marque corporative et marque employeur, afin de d\u00e9ployer en toute coh\u00e9rence leur besoin en recrutement aupr\u00e8s de leur cible. En compagnie de Brother Merle, on a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une campagne qui se distingue et donne une visibilit\u00e9 unique \u00e0 la marque de GSoft \u00bb, ajoute Arthur Rollet, strat\u00e8ge chez lg2.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>L\u2019offensive est en cours, principalement en contenu social et en banni\u00e8res web. De nombreux postes sont \u00e9galement disponibles chez GSoft juste ici.
