Mais que faire alors que ceux-ci tendent peu \u00e0 peu \u00e0 dispara\u00eetre ?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce sujet pr\u00e9occupant a \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9 lors de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement Les Affaires consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019intelligence d&rsquo;affaires et l&rsquo;analytique, qui s\u2019est tenu le 29 avril dernier. Ceux-ci permettent notamment d\u2019emmagasiner de l\u2019information servant \u00e0 comprendre le profil des acheteurs actuels et potentiels, \u00e9valuer les taux d\u2019exposition, les taux de conversion, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Pour diff\u00e9rentes raisons li\u00e9es notamment \u00e0 la confidentialit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es et aux performances de navigation, ceux-ci tendent toutefois \u00e0 dispara\u00eetre. En 2020, on apprenait notamment que Chrome allait imiter d\u2019autres navigateurs comme Safari et Firefox en <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/2020\/1\/14\/21064698\/google-third-party-cookies-chrome-two-years-privacy-safari-firefox\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cessant graduellement de supporter<\/a><\/span> les cookies tiers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De nombreux impacts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La disparition de ces cookies g\u00e9n\u00e8re de nombreux impacts, dont plusieurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9s par Aur\u00e9lie Bailliache lors de sa conf\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<p>Du point de vue marketing, il sera notamment plus difficile d\u2019effectuer du remarketing ou encore de faire une segmentation d\u2019audience aussi pr\u00e9cise qu&rsquo;auparavant.<\/p>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019analyse de donn\u00e9es, certaines m\u00e9triques seront plus difficiles \u00e0 mesurer, dont le pourcentage de nouveaux visiteurs ou le nombre de visiteurs uniques. Celles-ci se verront artificiellement augment\u00e9 par le fait qu\u2019on perdra la trace de ces visiteurs entre leurs visites. \u00c0 l&rsquo;inverse, des donn\u00e9es comme le nombre de visites par utilisateur ou encore la fr\u00e9quence de visite seront sous-estim\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Notons aussi que la personnalisation de contenu deviendra plus ardue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mais que faire ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette situation est pr\u00e9occupante pour plusieurs entreprises. Les deux coll\u00e8gues d\u2019Adviso admettent d\u2019embl\u00e9e qu\u2019il n\u2019existe pas de solution miracle.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 faire est d\u2019\u00e9valuer votre niveau de d\u00e9pendance aux cookies tiers en vous posant diff\u00e9rentes questions. Par exemple, quelle est la part de vos activit\u00e9 marketing qui d\u00e9pendent des cookies tiers ? Et en parall\u00e8le, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 quel point pouvez-vous compter sur vos donn\u00e9es primaires ? Vous pouvez aussi vous demander jusqu&rsquo;o\u00f9 vos analyses Web sont d\u00e9pendantes de ces cookies.<\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de ces questions, Jean-Christophe Mauss explique qu\u2019il y a aussi des solutions. D\u2019abord, on peut tenter de miser au maximum sur les donn\u00e9es propri\u00e9taires (donn\u00e9es de courriel, cookies propri\u00e9taires, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Miser \u00e0 fond sur la donn\u00e9e propri\u00e9taire ne se fait toutefois pas sans effort et cela peut demander la mise en place de diff\u00e9rentes solutions. Ici, Jean-Christophe donne l\u2019exemple du site <a href=\"https:\/\/sourpatchkids.com\/custom-mix\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Make your Sour Patch Mix<\/span><\/a>. Sur celui-ci, l\u2019utilisateur peut personnaliser son achat en \u00e9change de certaines informations. Il y a donc ici un \u00e9change de valeurs. Le client partage de l\u2019information personnelle mais gagne quelque chose en retour.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019adoption de Google Analytics 4, moins d\u00e9pendant des cookies, figure aussi parmi les solutions \u00e0 envisager. Celui-ci permet aussi la cr\u00e9ation de votre propre entrep\u00f4t de donn\u00e9es marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Finalement, la disparition graduelle des cookies tiers signifie \u00e9galement le retour \u00e0 des solutions d\u2019inf\u00e9rences statistiques afin de mesurer certaines variables.<\/p>\n<p>La disparition des cookies tiers repr\u00e9sente un bouleversement majeur dans le domaine du marketing et de l\u2019analyse de donn\u00e9es Web.
