Pour les employeurs en p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019oeuvre, c\u2019est maintenant l\u2019heure de courtiser la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration montante que sont les \u00ab\u00a0Z\u00a0\u00bb. Pragmatiques, sans attache et inclusifs, voil\u00e0 les caract\u00e9ristiques principales de ces \u00ab\u00a0natifs du num\u00e9rique\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Pragmatiques<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019occasion du sommet Movin&rsquo;On sur la mobilit\u00e9 durable (se d\u00e9roulant du 1 \u00e0 4 juin 2021), la firme Kantar a \u00e9t\u00e9 mandat\u00e9e pour mener une \u00e9tude sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.movinonconnect.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2021\/03\/Etude_Mobilite_MovinOn_Kantar-3.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">les habitudes de transports, mais aussi les valeurs de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des 18-34 ans<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p><em>La G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z est plus pragmatique qu\u2019id\u00e9aliste, peut-on lire dans le rapport. Elle ne rejette aucun moyen de transport, y compris la voiture. Il s\u2019agit de la premi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration r\u00e9ellement multimodale. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newswire.ca\/fr\/news-releases\/l-acp-devoile-les-avantages-sociaux-essentiels-aux-employes-830128893.html\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.newswire.ca\/fr\/news-releases\/l-acp-devoile-les-avantages-sociaux-essentiels-aux-employes-830128893.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">coup de sonde d\u2019avril dernier r\u00e9v\u00e8le que les Z sont aussi exigeants \u2013 sinon plus &#8211; que les autres g\u00e9n\u00e9rations en termes de ponctualit\u00e9 et d\u2019exactitude de la paie<\/a>. Au Canada, 78% d\u2019entre eux affirment ne pas pouvoir se passer d\u2019une paie \u00ab&nbsp;exacte et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re&nbsp;\u00bb contre 74% chez les Baby-Boomers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Sans attache<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les Mill\u00e9niaux ont longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9 de ne pas \u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0loyaux\u00a0\u00bb envers les employeurs,<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/workplace\/231587\/millennials-job-hopping-generation.aspx\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/workplace\/231587\/millennials-job-hopping-generation.aspx\" target=\"_blank\"> en adoptant le changement d&#8217;emploi fr\u00e9quent pour gravir l\u2019\u00e9chelle salariale<\/a>. Or, c\u2019est maintenant au tour de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z de recevoir ce reproche. (\u00c0 ce compte, on pourrait sugg\u00e9rer que la mobilit\u00e9 professionnelle est sans doute une question d\u2019\u00e2ge et non de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.)<\/p>\n<p>Parmi ceux qui ont volontairement chang\u00e9 d\u2019emploi en 2020, on trouve une majorit\u00e9 de Z \u00e0 33%, alors que les Mill\u00e9naux suivent \u00e0 25%, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibm.com\/thought-leadership\/institute-business-value\/report\/employee-expectations-2021\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.ibm.com\/thought-leadership\/institute-business-value\/report\/employee-expectations-2021\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">selon un sondage men\u00e9 par IBM<\/a>. La premi\u00e8re raison \u00e9voqu\u00e9e&nbsp;: un plus grand besoin de flexibilit\u00e9 dans l\u2019horaire et le lieu de travail (32%)<\/p>\n<p>Ils sont aussi de f\u00e9roces n\u00e9gociateurs\u00a0: <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/hiring.monster.com\/employer-resources\/empres-resources\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/01\/2020-SOTC-Infographic.pdf\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/hiring.monster.com\/employer-resources\/empres-resources\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/01\/2020-SOTC-Infographic.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">dans un sondage de Monster<\/a>, 60 % affirment qu\u2019ils sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 rejeter une offre salariale trop basse, contre 63% chez les Mill\u00e9niaux et 52% chez les Boomers.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<p><strong>3. Inclusifs<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Si les Z ne sont pas \u00ab\u00a0loyaux\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 leurs employeurs, ils ont tout de m\u00eame le sens de la communaut\u00e9, qui se refl\u00e8te \u00e0 travers un fort penchant pour l\u2019inclusion. Dans l\u2019\u00e9tude de Movin\u2019On ci-haut mentionn\u00e9, les Z sont plus nombreux que les autres g\u00e9n\u00e9rations \u00e0 affirmer que \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019inclusion contribue \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb et que \u00ab\u00a0les marques doivent \u00eatre un exemple pour mener et conduire le changement\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Globalement, ils sont 83% \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer l\u2019engagement envers la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion avant de choisir un employeur.<\/p>\n<p>La diversit\u00e9, bien s\u00fbr, doit \u00eatre prise au sens large, comme le mentionne un rapport de Deloitte sur la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p><em>La diversit\u00e9 est importante pour eux \u00e0 travers plusieurs dimensions, pas juste de mani\u00e8re isol\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 la race et au genre, mais aussi \u00e0 l\u2019identit\u00e9 et l\u2019orientation [sexuelle].
