Les futurs \u00abd\u00e9missionnaires\u00bb sont des professionnels soit au bout du rouleau, soit insatisfaits de leurs conditions de travail, soit bloqu\u00e9s dans leur progression de carri\u00e8re, qui attendaient des jours plus roses pour claquer la porte. Ces travailleurs iront-ils au bout de leur projet de renouveau professionnel ou s\u2019agit-il d\u2019un simple bluff? Analyse.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si l&rsquo;on se fie aux sondages des derniers mois, les organisations seront bient\u00f4t victimes d\u2019une grande d\u00e9mission collective; les d\u00e9parts des employ\u00e9s les plus pr\u00e9cieux se succ\u00e9deront, ce qui cr\u00e9era la plus grande h\u00e9morragie de main-d\u2019oeuvre jamais vue \u00e0 ce jour.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi tous les sondages effectu\u00e9s sur cette th\u00e9matique, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/learnmore.monster.com\/job-index-in-the-time-of-coronavirus\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/learnmore.monster.com\/job-index-in-the-time-of-coronavirus\" target=\"_blank\">celui de Monster<\/a> a su frapper l\u2019imaginaire&nbsp;des m\u00e9dias am\u00e9ricains : en juin 2021, 95% des travailleurs sond\u00e9s ont r\u00e9pondu qu\u2019ils songeaient \u00e0 quitter leur emploi ! Les 2 raisons mises de l\u2019avant&nbsp;: 32% sont \u00e9puis\u00e9s dans le poste actuel et 29% constatent un manque d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s pour progresser dans leur carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la suite du sondage de Monster, les m\u00e9dias se sont empar\u00e9s de ce narratif, qu\u2019ils ont appel\u00e9 \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2021\/06\/29\/more-people-plan-to-quit-as-return-to-work-plans-go-into-effect-.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;<em>the Great resignation<\/em><\/a>&nbsp;\u00bb ou la \u00ab&nbsp;Grande d\u00e9mission&nbsp;\u00bb. Si bien que les analystes en employabilit\u00e9 et les chroniqueurs du monde du travail expliquent aux gens \u00ab&nbsp;comment d\u00e9missionner&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;(!) En voici deux exemples:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>\u00ab&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2021-05-10\/quit-your-job-how-to-resign-after-covid-pandemic\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2021-05-10\/quit-your-job-how-to-resign-after-covid-pandemic\" target=\"_blank\">How to Quit Your Job in the Great Post-Pandemic Resignation Boom<\/a>&nbsp;\u00bb (Bloomberg)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><em>\u00ab<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2021\/07\/09\/career-expert-advice-for-quitting-your-job.html\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2021\/07\/09\/career-expert-advice-for-quitting-your-job.html\" target=\"_blank\">If you plan to quit during the \u2018Great Resignation,\u2019 here\u2019s what career experts say you need to do<\/a>\u00bb (CNBC)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le chercheur Anthony Klotz, professeur associ\u00e9 en gestion \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 du Texas A&amp;M, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/think\/opinion\/covid-vaccine-means-return-work-wave-resignations-ncna1269018\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/think\/opinion\/covid-vaccine-means-return-work-wave-resignations-ncna1269018\" target=\"_blank\">explique le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne ainsi&nbsp;<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p><em>Premi\u00e8rement, en raison de l&rsquo;incertitude cr\u00e9\u00e9e par la pand\u00e9mie, plusieurs employ\u00e9s qui auraient autrement quitt\u00e9 leur emploi ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de rester. (&#8230;) \u00c0 mesure que la pand\u00e9mie se r\u00e9sorbe,  ces quitteurs potentiels qui se sont tenus \u00ab\u00e0 l&rsquo;abri de la temp\u00eate\u00bb pendant l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e vont mettre en action leur plan d\u00e9mission. En fait, cette vague de d\u00e9parts est d\u00e9j\u00e0 entam\u00e9e: le taux de d\u00e9part \u00e9tait de 2,4 % en mars [aux \u00c9tats-Unis], ce qui est un taux record pour ce mois dans les vingt derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, les d\u00e9missions retard\u00e9es par la pand\u00e9mie se mettent actuellement en branle.\u00bb  <\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Les employeurs ne mordent pas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 une horde d\u2019employ\u00e9s sur le pas de la porte, on peut se demander comment r\u00e9agissent les employeurs. Vont-ils soudainement se mettre aux services de leurs employ\u00e9s, en mode s\u00e9duction, pour s\u2019assurer que ceux-ci restent dans l&rsquo;entreprise? Il ne semble pas. Dans le dossier du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, ils ont jusqu\u2019\u00e0 maintenant gard\u00e9 le cap. Une majorit\u00e9 d\u2019organisations persistent \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier une organisation du travail exigeant <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/les-9-recommandations-de-lordre-des-conseillers-en-ressources-humaines-agrees-crha-pour-sadapter-a-la-transformation-acceleree-du-monde-du-travail\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"79361\">un minimum de pr\u00e9sence au bureau<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>De mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8te, les employeurs <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tinypulse.com\/hubfs\/State%20of%20Employee%20Engagement%20Q2.pdf\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.tinypulse.com\/hubfs\/State%20of%20Employee%20Engagement%20Q2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sond\u00e9s par TinyPulse<\/a> d\u00e9clarent ne pas percevoir cette vague de d\u00e9missions sur leur radar. Par exemple, un quart (25%) des professionnels RH ne s\u2019attendaient \u00e0 aucun (0%) d\u00e9part post-pand\u00e9mique. Plus largement, 68% s\u2019attendent \u00e0 voir une attrition de 0% \u00e0 9%, ce qui demeure assez bas. <\/p>\n<p>De deux choses l\u2019une&nbsp;: soit la tendance se concr\u00e9tise et ces employeurs vont tomber des nues, ou alors, ce sont les travailleurs qui vont se d\u00e9gonfler et s\u2019accommoder de l\u2019emploi qu\u2019ils ont. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Plus vert dans le jardin du voisin?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019on atteint un taux de 95% d\u2019insatisfaction chez des gens qui sont en poste dans une organisation, il y a aussi lieu de se demander s\u2019il est r\u00e9aliste, pour un travailleur, de penser qu\u2019il peut trouver de meilleures conditions de travail chez un autre employeur. En fin de compte, il ne fera que combler la chaise de la personne pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, qui, elle aussi, \u00e9tait insatisfaite dans son poste (!)<\/p>\n<p>La solution? D\u2019une part, les travailleurs doivent trouver les motivations intrins\u00e8ques qui les poussent \u00e0 se d\u00e9passer; ils doivent <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/la-science-du-sens-au-travail-3-etudes-incontournables\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/la-science-du-sens-au-travail-3-etudes-incontournables\/\" target=\"_blank\">trouver un sens \u00e0 leur travail<\/a>.
