Prenant conscience de son \u00ab&nbsp;erreur MONUMENTALE&nbsp;\u00bb, George d\u00e9cide pour sa part \u2013 de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s humoristique \u2013 de rentrer au bureau le lundi suivant, comme si de rien n\u2019\u00e9tait!<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. \u00ab&nbsp;Un moment d\u00e9terminant&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le film Jerry Maguire, ce n\u2019est techniquement pas le protagoniste qui d\u00e9missionne. Jerry Maguire se fait renvoyer apr\u00e8s avoir diffus\u00e9 un m\u00e9mo interne (\u00abpas un m\u00e9mo\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise-t-il, mais bien une \u00abd\u00e9claration d&rsquo;intention pour le futur de l&rsquo;entreprise\u00bb) qui d\u00e9noncent les valeurs mercantiles de l\u2019organisation qu\u2019il a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 fonder. <\/p>\n<p>Jerry Maguire veut remettre des valeurs humaines aux dessus des valeurs de profits et de rentabilit\u00e9 promus par les agents sportifs (\u00abMoins de clients. Moins d&rsquo;argent. Plus d&rsquo;attention.\u00bb) Or, il se rend rapidement compte que son \u00ab&nbsp;<em>mission statement&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb est loin de faire l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 parmi ses coll\u00e8gues. D\u00e9missionner sur TikTok<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voici maintenant une d\u00e9mission bien r\u00e9elle, qui s&rsquo;est faite sur TikTok, dans le but de d\u00e9noncer une culture organisationnelle toxique. La vid\u00e9o est rapidement devenue virale.
