Martin Wiedenhoff a identifi\u00e9 trois \u00e9tapes de la maturit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique d\u2019une PME, en soulignant au passage l\u2019avantage de faire confiance \u00e0 la simplicit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que d\u2019envisager d&rsquo;abord la complexit\u00e9. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape<\/span><\/strong> de maturit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique d\u2019une <span style=\"color: #333333;\">PME<\/span> correspond au d\u00e9but de sa pr\u00e9sence en ligne. Martin Wiedenhoff l\u2019appelle \u00abadoption pr\u00e9coce\u00bb. Pour illustrer ses propos, il nous ram\u00e8ne au d\u00e9but de l\u2019\u00e8re num\u00e9rique, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque o\u00f9 les sites web des PME \u00e9taient davantage une carte de visite qu&rsquo;une\u00a0strat\u00e9gie marketing int\u00e9gr\u00e9e. Les notions de r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement, d\u2019optimisation pour appareils mobiles et d\u2019int\u00e9gration des m\u00e9dias sociaux n\u2019y sont pas exploit\u00e9es. Par ailleurs, \u00abla repr\u00e9sentation de la marque est souvent mal cadr\u00e9e\u00a0\u00e0 cette \u00e9tape\u00bb, souligne Martin Wiedenhoff. La \u00abdeuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration\u00bb pour utiliser les mots de Martin Wiedenhoff. \u00c0 ce niveau, le site web de la PME est plus actif qu\u2019une carte de visite. Il a subi au moins une mise \u00e0 jour dans la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e. De plus, l\u2019engagement social est encourag\u00e9. On appelle \u00e0 l\u2019action. Cet engagement ne passe pas uniquement par les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, mais aussi par l\u2019offre de mat\u00e9riel int\u00e9ressant. Par exemple, l\u2019offre d\u2019un fichier PDF t\u00e9l\u00e9chargeable gratuitement. Il est alors possible d\u2019obtenir,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>en \u00e9change, de l\u2019information sur notre client\u00e8le.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">L\u2019ultime \u00e9tape<\/span><\/strong>, le \u00abSaint-Graal\u00bb, int\u00e8gre les outils pour que la strat\u00e9gie marketing devienne intelligente. Martin Wiedenhoff insiste sur l\u2019importance de ne pas br\u00fbler d\u2019\u00e9tapes, \u00absinon, la strat\u00e9gie marketing repose sur de mauvaises fondations\u00bb. \u00c0 ce stade, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du client ne se r\u00e9sume plus\u00a0au site web. On doit le bonifier par du contenu disponible sur d\u2019autres canaux, notamment les m\u00e9dias sociaux. Ces autres canaux permettent aussi d\u2019aller chercher des\u00a0r\u00e9troactions de la part des\u00a0clients. Un bon moyen, finalement, pour am\u00e9liorer vos produits et services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Bref, le plus gros avantage des strat\u00e9gies simples r\u00e9side dans le fait qu\u2019on peut se r\u00e9ajuster au passage, explique Martin Wiedenhoff. Les strat\u00e9gies complexes n\u00e9cessitent beaucoup de travail en amont et un plus gros investissement financier.
