Celle qui touche plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les employeurs &#8211; la p\u00e9nurie de main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre &#8211; affecte particuli\u00e8rement et soudainement le Qu\u00e9bec, et plus globalement, une majorit\u00e9 de pays occidentaux \u00e0 travers la plan\u00e8te.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avec le vieillissement de la population et les d\u00e9parts \u00e0 la retraite de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des baby-boomers, la p\u00e9nurie de main-d&rsquo;oeuvre sera encore dans le viseur des recruteurs pour un moment, mais son ampleur est d&rsquo;autant plus exacerb\u00e9e par les effets secondaires de la pand\u00e9mie virale qui a soudainement fait changer les priorit\u00e9s des candidats.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est notamment ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8le et confirme les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019un sondage<sup>(1) <\/sup>men\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s d&#8217;employeurs et de candidats \u00e0 propos des nouvelles habitudes de recrutement et de recherche d\u2019emploi apr\u00e8s la pand\u00e9mie. Et le moins que l\u2019on puisse dire, c\u2019est qu\u2019il y a tr\u00e8s clairement eu un avant et un apr\u00e8s COVID-19 !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des employeurs en difficult\u00e9 pour trouver des candidats<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les employeurs interrog\u00e9s sont une \u00e9crasante majorit\u00e9 (95 %) \u00e0 constater que le recrutement en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est plus difficile aujourd\u2019hui via l&rsquo;ensemble des plateformes qu&rsquo;ils utilisent qu\u2019il ne l\u2019\u00e9tait avant la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"984\" height=\"455\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/pasted-image-0.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-88285\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/pasted-image-0.png 984w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/pasted-image-0-300x139.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/pasted-image-0-768x355.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 984px) 100vw, 984px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Parmi les raisons \u00e9voqu\u00e9es : les plus grandes exigences des candidats d\u00e9sormais. Pr\u00e8s de 8 employeurs sur 10 (87,5 %) font en effet cette observation.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"990\" height=\"420\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/pasted-image-0-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-88286\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/pasted-image-0-1.png 990w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/pasted-image-0-1-300x127.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/pasted-image-0-1-768x326.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 990px) 100vw, 990px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>En corollaire, il semble y avoir un d\u00e9sint\u00e9r\u00eat de plus en plus marqu\u00e9 des candidats pour les offres d\u2019emplois propos\u00e9es. 82 % des employeurs estiment ainsi recevoir moins de candidatures quand ils ont un poste \u00e0 combler, comparativement \u00e0 avant la pand\u00e9mie. Seulement 7,7% en re\u00e7oivent plus.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"986\" height=\"452\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/pasted-image-0-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-88287\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/pasted-image-0-2.png 986w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/pasted-image-0-2-300x138.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/pasted-image-0-2-768x352.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 986px) 100vw, 986px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><strong>La pand\u00e9mie : un \u00e9lectrochoc pour les candidats<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour v\u00e9rifier et affiner ces donn\u00e9es, le sondage s\u2019est aussi int\u00e9ress\u00e9 au point de vue des candidats. Et le constat semble se confirmer : la pand\u00e9mie a ouvert les yeux de certains d\u2019entre eux, qui ne souhaitent plus repartir sur les m\u00eames conditions de travail qu\u2019auparavant.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Deux tiers des r\u00e9pondants indiquent ainsi \u00eatre plus difficiles dans leurs choix quand vient le temps de postuler, dont plus d\u2019un tiers du fait de la pand\u00e9mie qui a chang\u00e9 leurs exigences.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"983\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/pasted-image-0-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-88288\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/pasted-image-0-3.png 983w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/pasted-image-0-3-300x137.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/pasted-image-0-3-768x352.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 983px) 100vw, 983px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Parmi les informations les plus importantes \u00e0 leurs yeux lorsqu\u2019ils postulent \u00e0 une offre d\u2019emploi d\u00e9sormais, la description de poste reste bien entendu au sommet des priorit\u00e9s.
