Le message de Roger Kamena aux marketeurs \u00e9tait sans \u00e9quivoque : l\u00e2chez prise, faites-vous \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e : les t\u00e9moins tiers sont appel\u00e9s \u00e0 dispara\u00eetre \u00e0 moyen terme. L\u2019heure est \u00e0 l\u2019exploitation des \u00ab\u00a0<em>first party data\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, les \u00ab\u00a0t\u00e9moins tiers\u00a0\u00bb sont ce qui permet aux g\u00e9ants du Web et entreprises du num\u00e9rique de suivre l\u2019historique de navigation d\u2019un utilisateur. Les entreprises utilisent ces t\u00e9moins de connexion pour faire du reciblage publicitaire. Par exemple, montrer \u00e0 un usager une publicit\u00e9 de montre peu de temps apr\u00e8s qu\u2019il ait mentionn\u00e9 le mot \u00ab\u00a0montre\u00a0\u00bb dans un commentaire ou un moteur de recherche.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Les cookies tiers vont chercher de la donn\u00e9e tr\u00e8s personnelle, en termes de go\u00fbts personnels, admet Roger Kamena. Un Internaute regarde un produit une journ\u00e9e, puis le lendemain, ce produit-l\u00e0 est recibl\u00e9 sur un autre site. \u00c7a devenait tr\u00e8s intrusif et \u00e7a l\u2019est toujours! Mais l\u00e0, c\u2019est en train de changer.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 maintenant, Apple et Google se sont positionn\u00e9s en chef de fil d\u2019un mouvement visant \u00e0 \u00e9liminer l\u2019utilisation des \u00ab\u00a0<em>third-party cookies\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb de leur plateforme respective. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.google\/products\/chrome\/updated-timeline-privacy-sandbox-milestones\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/blog.google\/products\/chrome\/updated-timeline-privacy-sandbox-milestones\/\" target=\"_blank\">Google Chrome se donne jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la mi-ann\u00e9e 2023 pour parvenir \u00e0 un compris avec la communaut\u00e9 du Web<\/a>. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/freedom-to-tinker.com\/2021\/11\/22\/signal-loss-and-advertising-privacy-on-facebook\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/freedom-to-tinker.com\/2021\/11\/22\/signal-loss-and-advertising-privacy-on-facebook\/\" target=\"_blank\">Apple a pour sa part commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre de la pression sur Facebook<\/a>, via sa boutique d\u2019applications, pour que ce dernier limite le ciblage publicitaire sur son application.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>L\u2019information va continuer d\u2019\u00eatre accumul\u00e9e, mais elle sera bouilll\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, r\u00e9sume Roger Kamena.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Apocalypse\u2026 ou opportunit\u00e9?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour comprendre l\u2019humeur des marketeurs <a href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/report-de-labandon-des-cookies-tiers-par-google-quel-impact-pour-les-entreprises\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"86665\">face \u00e0 ce changement<\/a>, il suffit de regarder le titre qu\u2019ils ont donn\u00e9 \u00e0 ce mouvement vers un plus grand respect de la vie priv\u00e9 des utilisateurs\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019apocalypse des cookies tiers\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Je vois des marketeurs qui jouaient \u00e0 l\u2019autruche. Il faut accepter que \u00e7a va dispara\u00eetre, ce n\u2019est qu\u2019une question de temps. La drogue des cookies tiers, c\u2019est fini\u2026 Il faut s\u2019en d\u00e9sintoxiquer&nbsp;\u00bb, tranche-t-il.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Roger Kamena reconna\u00eet le d\u00e9fi que cela pose pour les entreprises, mais il y voit aussi \u00ab\u00a0un mal pour un bien\u00a0\u00bb. Les entreprises qui obtiennent \u00ab\u00a0100% de leurs leads\u00a0\u00bb sur Facebook vont devoir recommencer \u00e0 s\u2019occuper de bases de donn\u00e9es client, en interne.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>En tant que marketeur, on ne peut plus d\u00e9pendre, comme on le faisait avant, de ces joueurs-l\u00e0 pour avoir toute notre donn\u00e9e client. Il va falloir se mettre nous-m\u00eames \u00e0 exploiter notre donn\u00e9e client. C\u2019est un virage \u00e0 prendre. [Les entreprises] n\u2019auront plus cette b\u00e9quille de Google et Facebook; elles devront travailler un peu plus fort pour aller chercher la donn\u00e9e et l\u2019exploiter.
