Le r\u00f4le RH est en plein changement. Le recrutement devient de plus en plus difficile. On sait maintenant que ces concepts ne doivent pas uniquement \u00eatre des mots \u00e0 la mode \u00e0 utiliser pour \u00eatre tendance ou attirer des candidats.
