L\u2019auteur Marc Zao-Sanders disait \u00eatre au moins deux fois plus productif depuis qu\u2019il avait abandonn\u00e9 le concept de \u00ab&nbsp;to-do&nbsp;list \u00bb pour adopter une \u00ab&nbsp;gestion par blocs de temps&nbsp;\u00bb. Selon les r\u00e9sultats de huit exp\u00e9riences men\u00e9es dans cette \u00e9tude, il s\u2019av\u00e8re qu\u2019on ne peut d\u00e9couper l\u2019horaire comme un saucisson et esp\u00e9rer \u00eatre \u00e9galement productif dans chaque tranche de temps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Moins de concentration avant une r\u00e9union<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La professeure de marketing Selin Malkoc a conduit diff\u00e9rents tests pour v\u00e9rifier comment nous g\u00e9rons le temps qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de un rendez-vous. Parmi les exp\u00e9riences, Malkoc et son groupe de recherche ont compar\u00e9 la productivit\u00e9 d\u2019un groupe de participants ayant \u00ab&nbsp;5 minutes de libres&nbsp;\u00bb versus \u00ab&nbsp;5 minutes avant le d\u00e9but d\u2019une activit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb &#8211; le premier groupe \u00e9tant plus productif que le second.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 un autre moment, les participants devaient choisir entre une t\u00e2che de 30 minutes r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e 2,50$ ou une t\u00e2che de 45 minutes r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e 5$, dans un contexte o\u00f9 le groupe A avait un rendez-vous \u00abdans l\u2019heure suivante\u00bb et le groupe B n\u2019avait pas de rendez-vous.
