Aucun recruteur ne serait assez stupide pour embaucher un candidat sur la simple base de sa photo\u2026 toutefois, le risque de se faire \u00e9carter du processus, lui, est bien r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n<p>Les auteurs du sondage ont demand\u00e9 aux participants si la photo pouvait \u00eatre utile pour trancher entre deux candidats ayant un profil de comp\u00e9tences comparables. Et 41% des r\u00e9pondants ont r\u00e9pondu \u2013 sans broncher \u2013 que la photo pouvait constituer un \u00ab&nbsp;facteur d\u00e9cisif&nbsp;\u00bb. Mais celui qui joue le plus est <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Effet_de_halo\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Effet_de_halo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l\u2019effet de halo<\/a>. Ce biais cognitif attribue \u00e0 une personne du cr\u00e9dit dans un aspect de sa vie bas\u00e9e sur un jugement fait dans un autre aspect.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>En d\u2019autres mots, on aura tendance \u00e0 attribuer \u00e0 une personne du cr\u00e9dit sur ses comp\u00e9tences si on trouve qu\u2019elle a un beau style vestimentaire. De la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on qu\u2019un m\u00e9decin bien v\u00eatu \u2013 avec sarrau et \u00e9quipement de mise \u2013 nous rassurera sur son expertise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des \u00abfaux pas\u00bb \u00e0 \u00e9viter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En conclusion, l\u2019\u00e9tude de Passeport-photo.online rapporte 7 \u00e9l\u00e9ments que les recruteurs ont eux-m\u00eames identifi\u00e9s comme des \u00ab&nbsp;drapeaux rouges&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e0 \u00e9viter sur une photo LinkedIn. Les voici&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>75%, manque de visibilit\u00e9 du visage;<\/li>\n<li>67%, photo de basse r\u00e9solution;<\/li>\n<li>49%, photo de vacances<\/li>\n<li>38%, manque d\u2019authenticit\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>28%, utiliser une photo d\u2019entreprise plut\u00f4t qu\u2019une photo personnelle<\/li>\n<li>23%, tenue trop d\u00e9contract\u00e9e;<\/li>\n<li>15%, absence de sourire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Que retenir? Pas de sourire, passe encore\u2026 Mais les vacances, c\u2019est non. Les recruteurs cherchent du s\u00e9rieux.
