Une situation qui pourrait cr\u00e9er quelques flamm\u00e8ches dans l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La chercheuse Heidi K. Gardner, auteur du livre <em>Smarter Collaboration: A New Approach to Breaking Down Barriers and Transforming Work<\/em>, s\u2019est pench\u00e9 sur la question dans un<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2022\/12\/3-strategies-to-bridge-generational-divides-at-work\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2022\/12\/3-strategies-to-bridge-generational-divides-at-work\" target=\"_blank\"> article du Harvard Business Review<\/a> cosign\u00e9 avec Denise Roberson, cheffe du sens (\u00ab<em>chief purpose officer<\/em>\u00bb) de l&rsquo;agence publicitaire Omnicom\u2019s TBWA\\Chiat\\Day. Et les deux femmes proposent trois strat\u00e9gies porteuses pour cr\u00e9er des \u00e9quipes multig\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelles \u00e0 la fois \u00ab&nbsp;fonctionnelles&nbsp;\u00bb et productives. Voici lesquelles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1- Ramener le \u00ab&nbsp;sens&nbsp;\u00bb au c\u0153ur du travail<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les travailleurs des 5 g\u00e9n\u00e9rations (silencieuse, les baby-boomers, les X, les mill\u00e9niaux et les Z) ont beau avoir des comportements diff\u00e9rentes (souvent associ\u00e9s aux diff\u00e9rents moments de leur vie), lorsque l\u2019on creuse un peu, la plupart du temps, ils partagent des valeurs similaires&nbsp;: la famille, le respect des autres, le travail bien fait, etc. En ce sens, il est logique de ramener la question du sens au travail \u00e0 l&rsquo;avant plan de la discussion. Tout le monde <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/la-science-du-sens-au-travail-3-etudes-incontournables\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/la-science-du-sens-au-travail-3-etudes-incontournables\/\" target=\"_blank\">veut que son travail ait du sens<\/a> \u2013 c\u2019est dans la nature humaine, tous \u00e2ges confondus.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Faites de petites assembl\u00e9es de 6 \u00e0 8 personnes, compos\u00e9es de diff\u00e9rentes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, et demandez-leur de r\u00e9pondre ensemble \u00e0 des questions sur le sens du travail, sugg\u00e8rent les auteures de l\u2019article. Centrez les questions pour relier un but personnel \u00e0 un objectif de l\u2019entreprise \u2013 de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que les employ\u00e9s puissent voir comment eux-m\u00eames et leur travail y contribuent.&nbsp;\u00bb &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>De beaux r\u00e9sultats sont \u00e0 la cl\u00e9 : selon une \u00e9tude de la firme BetterUp, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/f.hubspotusercontent40.net\/hubfs\/9253440\/Asset%20PDFs\/Promotions_Assets_Whitepapers\/BetterUp-Meaning&amp;Purpose.pdf\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/f.hubspotusercontent40.net\/hubfs\/9253440\/Asset%20PDFs\/Promotions_Assets_Whitepapers\/BetterUp-Meaning&amp;Purpose.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">les travailleurs qui accomplissent un travail qui a du sens ont 69% moins de chance de quitter leur entreprise dans les six premiers mois d\u2019embauche<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2 \u2013 Reconna\u00eetre les diff\u00e9rences<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si les 5 g\u00e9n\u00e9rations partagent \u00ab&nbsp;les m\u00eames valeurs&nbsp;\u00bb, cela ne signifie pas qu\u2019elles ont n\u00e9cessairement les m\u00eames forces et les m\u00eames faiblesses. Reconna\u00eetre et nommer les diff\u00e9rences demeurent donc un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 d\u2019une \u00e9quipe productive. Les auteures proposent aux gestionnaires d&rsquo;amorcer un mandat en commen\u00e7ant par rappeler ces diff\u00e9rences, qui sont id\u00e9alement des forces&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Demandez \u00e0 chaque \u00e9quipe de cr\u00e9er un tableau de pointage (\u00ab<em>scoreboard<\/em>\u00bb) au d\u00e9but de chaque projet, afin de souligner la contribution potentielle de chacun, bas\u00e9e sur leur perspective sp\u00e9cifique. Par exemple&nbsp;: Tina, une baby-boomer, cite ses d\u00e9cennies d\u2019exp\u00e9rience au service de tel ou tel client, pendant que Bernie, un Mill\u00e9narial, liste les applications de productivit\u00e9 qu\u2019il ma\u00eetrise.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Le but de la d\u00e9marche&nbsp;: mettre en lumi\u00e8re l\u2019expertise de chacun, plut\u00f4t que de simplement laisser l&rsquo;avant-sc\u00e8ne aux fortes t\u00eates et aux grandes gueules.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3 \u2013 Apprendre les uns des autres<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le troisi\u00e8me et dernier conseil s\u2019inscrit aussi dans l&rsquo;esprit de \u00ab&nbsp;miser sur les comp\u00e9tences&nbsp;\u00bb.
