Un historique qui aide \u00e0 s&rsquo;impr\u00e9gner des codes de la marque selon Marylou Girard :<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>On a b\u00e2ti une relation \u00e0 long terme. On respire aujourd&rsquo;hui num\u00e9ro 900. Tout part \u00e9videmment des besoins du client mais cela prend des gens qui sont capables de s&rsquo;associer avec la marque et ses valeurs. Tout en \u00e9tant \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise devant la cam\u00e9ra \u00e9videmment.\u00a0\u00bb <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Ce qui n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas forc\u00e9ment son cas \u00e0 elle personnellement. Mais elle a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 d\u00e9passer ses appr\u00e9hensions initiales.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Plus on le fait et plus on s&rsquo;enl\u00e8ve de la pression des \u00e9paules et cela d\u00e9dramatise la chose. Il faut commencer une fois, deux fois&#8230; Et demander \u00e0 ses coll\u00e8gues ce qu&rsquo;ils en pensent. C&rsquo;est le mieux pour commencer\u00a0\u00bb, affirme-t-elle.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>On arrive aussi \u00e0 se motiver comme on est deux, ajoute Jean-Philippe Garneau. La premi\u00e8re fois, c&rsquo;est s\u00fbr que j&rsquo;\u00e9tais nerveux car il s&rsquo;agit de ne pas mettre la marque dans l&#8217;embarras. Mais, \u00e0 force cela devient une deuxi\u00e8me nature. Sachant que cela aide aussi de ne pas le faire depuis son compte personnel. S&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de la plateforme et suivre les tendances du moment. Ce qui implique de rester constamment en alerte.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Parfois l&rsquo;id\u00e9e vient de la cliente. Mais g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, on y va \u00e0 t\u00e2tons au jour le jour. L&rsquo;avantage, c&rsquo;est que les franchis\u00e9s commencent \u00e0 nous reconna\u00eetre et qu&rsquo;ils nous laissent une grande libert\u00e9 au sein du restaurant, sans d\u00e9ranger les clients toutefois. On conna\u00eet la limite \u00e9galement \u00e0 ne pas d\u00e9passer pour respecter les valeurs de la marque\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise JP.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Pour suivre les tendances, Marylou et Jean-Philippe consultent des sites <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/later.com\/blog\/category\/tiktok\/\" target=\"_blank\">comme le blogue de Later<\/a> ou parfois les recommandations de Tik Tok sur les chansons du moment. Mais, ce qui les aident le plus : ce sont des fans de la plateforme et ils la consultent fr\u00e9quemment pour s&rsquo;inspirer de ce qu&rsquo;ils y voient.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;ailleurs, pour les contenus tendances, la publication ne se fait que sur Tik Tok. Quand la vid\u00e9o est plus l\u00e9ch\u00e9e, elle est alors publi\u00e9e en plus sur Instagram&#8230; o\u00f9 elle a d&rsquo;ailleurs un meilleur succ\u00e8s !
