Un \u00ab plan d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vation \u00bb a notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour d\u00e9finir un parcours de d\u00e9veloppement personnalis\u00e9 avec chaque employ\u00e9.e en fonction de ses aptitudes et int\u00e9r\u00eats. Des activit\u00e9s de mobilisation et de rayonnement y sont associ\u00e9es. <\/p>\n<p>Le tout s\u2019appuie sur un sondage et des groupes de discussion internes. \u00ab Nous avons constat\u00e9 que ce
