Est-ce une mise en garde contre la tentation d\u2019embellir ses produits ou ses services ? Est-ce que \u00e7a englobe d\u2019autres aspects? &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Julie Therrien&nbsp;: <\/strong>\u00c9viter de faire de la fausse repr\u00e9sentation peut effectivement faire partie de la r\u00e9daction \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e9thique&nbsp;\u00bb. Toutefois, dans la formation, on parle davantage des \u00e9motions que l\u2019on tente de faire na\u00eetre chez le client. Certaines personnes cr\u00e9ent une fausse urgence ou un sentiment de culpabilit\u00e9 pour convaincre les clients de passer \u00e0 l\u2019action. Et c\u2019est une approche \u00e0 \u00e9viter. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avez-vous des exemples de r\u00e9clame n\u00e9faste ? &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>J. T. : <\/strong>Une strat\u00e9gie qui revient souvent est le recours \u00e0 la culpabilisation\u00a0: &lsquo;si tu es capable de te payer deux caf\u00e9s par jour\u2026 tu peux te payer ma formation&rsquo;. Ou encore, on tente de cr\u00e9er un faux sentiment d\u2019urgence, en annon\u00e7ant qu\u2019il ne reste qu\u2019une derni\u00e8re place pour formation ou un dernier produit en stock. Id\u00e9alement, on veut plut\u00f4t connecter avec le client et susciter des \u00e9motions qui sont en lien avec le produit ou le service. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7a semble \u00eatre un bon point de d\u00e9part, en effet! Comment y parvient-on, concr\u00e8tement? &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>J. T. :<\/strong> La r\u00e9daction persuasive, c&rsquo;est li\u00e9e aux comportements psychologiques du client. Ce que nous utilisons beaucoup, c&rsquo;est l&#8217;empathie. En fin de compte, l\u2019objectif est de faire comprendre \u00e0 la personne que l\u2019on comprend ce qu\u2019elle vit. <\/p>\n<p>Et ce n\u2019est pas juste de dire\u00a0: Ah, je sais que tu as besoin, par exemple, d&rsquo;un bureau \u2013 si on vend des bureaux. C&rsquo;est de lui dire que l\u2019on comprend son besoin derri\u00e8re le fait de vouloir un nouveau meuble de rangement. Est-ce parce qu\u2019elle est tann\u00e9e du d\u00e9sordre autour d\u2019elle? \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nous cherchons \u00e0 connecter avec l&rsquo;\u00e9motion du client et lui proposer une solution qui va r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un besoin profond. C\u2019est \u00e7a qui am\u00e8ne \u00e0 b\u00e2tir une relation de client-entrepreneur bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019authenticit\u00e9.\u00a0Plut\u00f4t que de simplement \u00eatre dans dynamique transactionnelle, o\u00f9 tu me donnes ton argent et je te donne mon produit.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux, il y a une tendance \u00e0 miser sur des publications \u00abspontan\u00e9es\u00bb pour cr\u00e9er cet effet d\u2019authenticit\u00e9. Existe-t-il malgr\u00e9 tout des techniques ou des strat\u00e9gies plus \u00abr\u00e9fl\u00e9chies\u00bb pour \u00e9crire du contenu \u00ab&nbsp;accrocheur&nbsp;\u00bb? &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>J.
