L&rsquo;occasion de mesurer l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit des salari\u00e9s canadiens&#8230; tout en tirant quelques enseignements sp\u00e9cifiques comme l&rsquo;influence de travailler de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante ou en \u00e9quipe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette indice semble d\u00e9j\u00e0 avoir atteint un plateau au pays. Bien que la sant\u00e9 mentale des Canadiens actifs reste pr\u00e9caire, le score global de sant\u00e9 mentale est demeur\u00e9 \u00e0 64,6 points pour un deuxi\u00e8me mois cons\u00e9cutif.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"354\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/sante-1024x354.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-99875\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/sante-1024x354.png 1024w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/sante-300x104.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/sante-768x265.png 768w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/sante-1536x531.png 1536w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/sante-2048x708.png 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;influence de la collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour ce coup de sonde mensuel, l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate s&rsquo;est int\u00e9ress\u00e9e notamment au rapport entre collaboration et sant\u00e9 mentale. D\u00e9j\u00e0, il faut savoir qu&rsquo;au Canada, une minorit\u00e9 (13 % soit une personne sur sept) n&rsquo;a jamais besoin de collaborer avec des coll\u00e8gues.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;inverse, pr\u00e8s de deux personnes sur cinq (38 %) doivent tout le temps collaborer avec leurs coll\u00e8gues et ce groupe obtient le score de sant\u00e9 mentale le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 (66,3), soit trois points de plus que les travailleurs qui ne sont pas oblig\u00e9s de collaborer (63,3) et pr\u00e8s de deux points de plus que la moyenne nationale (64,6).<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"782\" height=\"416\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-20.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-99876\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-20.jpeg 782w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-20-300x160.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-20-768x409.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 782px) 100vw, 782px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Sans surprise, la collaboration favorise donc une meilleure sant\u00e9 mentale au travail. Encore faut-il que les interactions entre coll\u00e8gues se passent bien ! Ce qui est heureusement le cas pour la majorit\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, &quot;Segoe UI&quot;, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, &quot;Helvetica Neue&quot;, sans-serif;\">Pr\u00e8s des trois quarts (73 %) des travailleurs font ainsi \u00e9tat d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience de collaboration positive avec leurs coll\u00e8gues; ce groupe affiche le score de sant\u00e9 mentale le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 (68,0), un score de pr\u00e8s de 22 points au-dessus de celui des travailleurs qui font \u00e9tat d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience n\u00e9gative (46,4), qui repr\u00e9sentent 4 % des sond\u00e9s (pour 23 %, cette exp\u00e9rience est neutre<\/span>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quels probl\u00e8mes au travail ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s des deux tiers des gestionnaires interrog\u00e9s (64 %) ont rencontr\u00e9 un ou plusieurs probl\u00e8mes au sein de leur \u00e9quipe au cours de la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e. L&rsquo;essentiel (34 %) ont eu des pr\u00e9occupations relatives \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale d\u2019un employ\u00e9, 26 % ont v\u00e9cu des conflits dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe et 25 % ont eu des probl\u00e8mes de gestion du changement.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"818\" height=\"308\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-21.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-99877\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-21.jpeg 818w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-21-300x113.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-21-768x289.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 818px) 100vw, 818px\" \/><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Nos donn\u00e9es indiquent un niveau pr\u00e9occupant de conflit en milieu de travail. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre Indice de sant\u00e9 mentale, nous constatons que les travailleurs sont plus sensibles au stress et davantage \u00e0 cran. Les relations positives repr\u00e9sentent un facteur essentiel qui att\u00e9nue le stress. Cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 souligne le besoin des employeurs de favoriser une culture qui encourage les contacts et l\u2019entraide. Nous savons que les relations entre coll\u00e8gues sont intimement li\u00e9es au bien-\u00eatre et \u00e0 la productivit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s. L\u2019investissement dans des programmes et des services contribuera \u00e9galement \u00e0 aider les gens \u00e0 composer personnellement avec leur stress et \u00e0 le g\u00e9rer de fa\u00e7on constructive sans causer du tort \u00e0 leurs relations, \u00bb ajoute Paula Allen, chef mondiale, Recherche et connaissance de la client\u00e8le chez TELUS Sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s, les r\u00e9sultats sont moins alarmants : plus de deux travailleurs sur cinq (44 %) ont v\u00e9cu un ou plusieurs probl\u00e8mes au travail au cours de la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e. Tous les r\u00e9pondants r\u00e9sident au Canada et \u00e9taient employ\u00e9s au cours des six mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents.
