We saw an opportunity to improve and strengthen our corporate culture, guided by Libeo values and mainspring : innovate to simplify. \u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a result, Libeo\u2019s management team decided that their employees would continue teleworking until a return to the office would be feasible &#8211; will assuring that their environment remains \u00ab&nbsp;proficient, comfortable and secure. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Employees will also profit from a flexible schedule, allowing them to work the hours that suit them.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>A \u00ab hybrid \u00bb culture, delineated by managers\u2019s \u00ab expectations \u00bb<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yet, this new policy doesn\u2019t give employees <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">carte blanche<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, they will still need to go to the office.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Libeo relies on employees\u2019 responsibilisation and on the fact that they will remain responsive to their colleagues\u2019 and managers\u2019 \u00ab expectations \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a post-pandemic world, Libeo\u2019s President envisages a number of situations where in-person meetings would be preferable to virtual ones, whether to meet a client, to attend a team meeting or a social activity.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab We want to create a hybrid culture, not a 100% virtual one, Jo\u00e9 Bussi\u00e8re, contacted by telephone, explains. Of course, we will be expecting employees to attend certain meetings and activities. I trust them to discern when it will be appropriate for them to be there in person. \u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jo\u00e9 Bussi\u00e8re highlights that the intended hybrid model reflects what employees have expressed in a long internal poll conducted this summer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A majority of employees had then manifested the will to keep coming to the office two to three days per week, when the pandemic would be over.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Toward work delocalisation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At this time, Libeo still prefers to recruit Montreal and Quebec talents. Yet, the firm already experiments a certain kind of work delocalisation when carrying out its mandates.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab When launching a project, we create teams according to expertise and resources available, independently from the Montreal or Quebec locations, Jo\u00e9 Bussi\u00e8re adds.
