It\u2019s also how much Facebook spent to acquire <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kustomer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kustomer<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a customer relation startup.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As we know, Facebook adds more and more tools for professionals and companies. They are the factors that build brand loyalty and repeat business, which translates directly into positive impact on the bottom line. \u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The acquisition still needs to be validated by regulatories bodies that have already been targeting Facebook for a while now.
