Despite the eccentricity, his videos follow today\u2019s best practices: short, punchy messages focused on the product, with behind-the-scenes glimpses of the company.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>We Are Social&#8217;s <em><a href=\"https:\/\/wearesocial.com\/fr\/blog\/2024\/11\/think-forward-2025\/#report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Think Forward 2025<\/a><\/em> report describes this trend as a &#8220;primal renaissance&#8221;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cAfter years of cultural smoothing and emotional repression, 2024 marked the return of rawness, gore, vulgarity, and hedonism. The social media landscape is re-embracing chaos.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>This trend is expected to continue thriving in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Yet, it\u2019s unclear whether users will embrace this vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cIn a world that feels increasingly divided, audiences crave conviviality and advocate for a new Internet that brings us closer again,\u201d says <em>We Are Social<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>In Quebec, digital consultant Diane B\u00e9dard observes a similar trend:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cA significant portion of the population is realizing how \u2018anti-social\u2019 social media platforms have become, dangerously undermining democracy worldwide. I see disengagement and disinterest everywhere. At this rate, I foresee the end of this era.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>What\u2019s her vision for the future?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cWe need a 100% human network, free from AI and automated interventions\u2026 Clear and universally understood moderation rules, zero tolerance for trolls hiding behind anonymity, and a verified identification system to ensure we\u2019re engaging with real people, not soulless avatars.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e9dard calls it the right to dream.
