Vice President of Sales

Our client is seeking a a VP of Sales to drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and provide strategic leadership across sales, marketing, and divisional operations. This role ensures divisional performance aligns with corporate goals while maintaining a strong market position in the mining and drilling sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute a 1-3 year sales and business development strategy.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships in the mining, oil & gas services, and energy industry.
  • Mentor divisional managers and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee divisional budgets (up to $150M) and key financial/operational KPIs.
  • Contribute to strategic and annual business planning with senior leadership.
  • Drive process and policy improvements to strengthen operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Management/Administration (or related).
  • 10+ years of management experience in sales, operations, or corporate functions.
  • Proven success in securing and growing large-scale sales opportunities in mining/drilling/energy services.
  • Experience leading multi-division teams and managing large budgets.
