About the Role: We are seeking a driven and experienced National Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across a portfolio of branded hotel properties in Canada. This is a remote role based in Alberta, with the potential to become hybrid. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of multiple markets, strong limited service brand experience, and a proven ability to generate group and transient business within the oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales for multiple hotel properties across various markets in Canada.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key corporate clients, with a focus on the oil and gas sector.
- Proactively solicit and close group, corporate, and transient business to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and travel demand to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with property-level teams and corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of sales plans.
- Represent multiple major hotel brands (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Super 8, Quality Inn, Travelodge)
Required Qualifications:
- Based in Alberta, with the ability to work remotely and travel as required.
- Proven experience managing sales for
- Prior sales experience with major hotel brands (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Super 8, Quality Inn, Travelodge).
- Strong track record of selling to oil and gas clients, including both
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical and communication abilities.
Compensation: A competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.
