Role Description

We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Vehicle Sales Professionals to join our team in Vancouver. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating new business for both new and pre-owned vehicles, as well as maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers. This is a commission-based position offering strong earning potential for individuals with proven sales skills and a passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through phone calls, networking, referrals, follow-ups, and dealership traffic.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to promote repeat business.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and vehicle demonstrations, including test drives.
  • Assist customers in identifying the right vehicle that fits their preferences, needs, and budget.
  • Present and explain financing and leasing options to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales transactions while maintaining dealership standards and profitability goals.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram product lines and competitive brands.
  • Stay updated on automotive industry trends, pricing, and product knowledge to ensure informed selling.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the ownership journey.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience (required).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of automotive financing and leasing options is preferred.

Pay : $55,000 - $125,000
