TraceRent is on the lookout for a Business Development Representative (BDR / SDR) with experience in multi-family real estate software sales (B2B) to help us scale our reach across Canada.

At TraceRent, we are redefining how rental pricing is done, to empower multi-family housing providers with accurate, real-time market insights. If you thrive on building relationships, driving growth, and turning conversations into opportunities, we want you on our team!

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in B2B sales, preferably within PropTech.
  • Comfortable speaking with property managers, REITs, and asset managers
  • Confident, self-motivated, and eager to grow with a fast-moving startup
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Driving sales through your existing network and strategic out reach.
  • Building relationships with key players in the multi-family housing industry.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experienced in sales or business development, ideally in real estate tech
  • Knowledge of Canadian real estate or multi-family operations is a strong asset
  • Goal-driven with a passion for tech, data, and relationship-building
