We are looking for a Full-Time Operations Admin & Marketing Assistant. Our ideal candidate is an engaged team player with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare or edit internal documents and ensure that they are distributed to the correct departments in a timely manner
  • Assist Operations Manager and Warehouse Supervisor with various documentation, formatting and editing.
  • Filing and file management, both physical and electronic
  • Assist all departments with administrative tasks as needed
  • Create and order business cards
  • Assist with company social media posts

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail with the ability to proofread internal documents
  • Proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
