Internet Sales / Pre-Owned Inventory Manager

Overview:

Fort Motors is seeking a motivated and organized Internet Sales & Pre-Owned Inventory Manager to join our team! This key role combines customer engagement with inventory management - perfect for someone who's driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries and internet leads.
• Schedule appointments and test drives for potential customers with sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date online vehicle listings.
• Monitor and manage aged inventory, including reconditioning and pricing adjustments.
• Work with the sales team and management to ensure optimal inventory mix and pricing strategy.
• Track lead sources, appointment outcomes, and conversion performance.
• Support the dealership's online presence through vehicle photos, videos, descriptions, and promotional updates.
• Structure competitive deals and financing packages for sales team presentation to customers.
• Review website and advertisement performance with 3rd-party website management team monthly.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the automotive sales industry (preferred).
• Knowledge in internet sales, google analytics, website management considered an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve goals and improve processes.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, online platforms, and dealership management software.
• Lead monitoring and engagement outside standard business hours.

Compensation:

CA$100,000.00 - CA$125,000.00 per year

Base Salary

• Commission

Full-time, Salary-Based with Commission Incentives

Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday Rotating Schedule
