Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Conduct regular store visits to generate orders and strengthen relationships.
• Identify, develop, and manage key retail and distribution accounts.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and listings as needed.

Execution & Merchandising

• Ensure effective product placement in shelves/freezers and implement promotional activities.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and overall merchandising standards across stores.
• Maintain strong in-store visibility and brand presence.

Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Eagerness to grow and build a long-term career in sales.
