Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Equipment Rental Representative at our Edmonton, AB location. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with rental equipment needs, managing rental agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Additional tasks include coordinating equipment inventory, ensuring timely delivery, and building strong customer relationships to support their project goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure clients' needs are fully met.
• Experience in Rental Management and or equiiment rentals, including familiarity with rental agreements and equipment logistics.
• Excellent Communication skills, including both verbal and written, to provide clear and professional service.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of heavy equipment or construction-related rentals is an asset.
• Proficiency with computer systems and rental management software is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a related field will be considered an advantage.
