WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Senior Graphic Designer to join our team.

WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

• Responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of design concepts for brand and product launch, campaign, across all channels and mediums executing various graphic designs at senior level.
• Clear design logic while executing fast-turnaround design requests as required
• Highly efficient at concept sketching/creation, especially in the brainstorming sessions for brand and/or product launch campaign
• Contribute to the conceptual and creative direction (for Brand and/or Product Launch campaigns) in collaboration with other Design Team members such Heads of Design, Senior graphic designers, illustrators, motion graphics, photographers, and videographers
• Ensure all creative work is of highest quality and reflects brand standards
• Play a key role in accomplishing creative design solutions for the design of the Brand or Product launch campaign
• Consult with Directors, Heads of Design and Senior Designers on any design, technical, production, scope, or customer issues
• Maintain content consistency across materials and creation of digital and social media assets
• Provide support to the development of graphics and content for social media and support team where needed
• Create design templates and materials
• Collaborate in the digital asset creation with UX designers, website/mobile development team and photographers/content creators as well as other internal departments (Brand/Marketing Team, Social Media Team)
• Efficient knowledge of print/offline assets creation, as well as review/approve printed proofs

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

• At least 5 years of Graphic Design, multimedia or similar work experience required
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and additional software
• Ability to interpret needs and data, invent and develop creative design solutions
• Capability to produce high quality presentations, mock-ups, creative concepts and evaluate the reusability of existing photography for new layouts
• Experience with Figma & Canva with basic motion graphics knowledge
• Passion for design and ability to conceptualize out-of-the box ideas
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills both written and oral and ability to work with all levels of staff and management
