THE POSITION
The Part-Time Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and front-line support to ensure smooth day?to?day operations at the Regina Chamber. This role supports staff across various functions, assists with member services, and ensures to provide strong customer services.
The core hours for this position will be Monday to Wednesday 8:30 am-1:30 pm, however the hours and days for the position may fluctuate depending on needs. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, professional, and eager to contribute in a meaningful way to a collaborative team environment.
The position will include but not limited to the following responsibilities:
Administrative & Office Support
- Provide general administrative and office requirements.
- Provide accounts receivable, accounts payable, certificate of origin processing, and database management.
- Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and assist members or guests with inquiries.
- Monitor and respond to general inboxes, directing messages to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with Records Management requirements as needed.
- Support the maintenance and organization of office supplies, equipment, and meeting spaces.
Event & Program Support
- Assist with event preparation, including materials, registration lists, name tags, signage, and supplies as required.
- Support on?site event checking and registration during luncheons, networking events, and special programs if required.
- Provide general event logistics support as needed under the direction of the Events team.
Member Services
- Assist with outbound calls or emails related to member engagement, invitations, and reminders.
- Help maintain accurate membership information in Chamber Master.

This is the experience you have:
- Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule
