Collab Marketing Co. is a content-first marketing agency based in New Westminster, BC. We work with small and medium-sized businesses across home, design, logistics, lifestyle, and professional services, helping them show up online with strategy, consistency, and standout content.

• We're looking for a Part-Time Marketing & Content Creator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves variety, is organized, creative, and comfortable juggling multiple clients.

About the Role :

This role supports day-to-day marketing and content execution across multiple client accounts. You'll work closely with our Creative Director and internal team to help keep projects moving, and provide support on-site at shoots.

This is a part-time role with flexible hours, ideal for someone managing other freelance work, family commitments, or looking to grow their agency-side experience. We require a minimum availability commitment of either Wednesday or Thursday weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support content creation (basic graphic creation, short-form video edits, organizing assets)
• Upload and organize content in Google Drive
• Assist with approvals, revisions, and client communication
• Assist Creative Director on-site at Content Shoots. Must be able to drive to client shoots throughout Lower Mainland. Reimbursement for kilometres is provided.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Can work independently and manage their own schedule
• Is comfortable working with multiple brands and industries
• Has strong written communication skills
• Is confident using tools like Canva and Google Workspace

Role Details

• Part-time hours (hours can vary week to week, between 10-16 hours/week)
• Hybrid Position (Required to be on-site for client shoots, otherwise it is remote work)
• Flexible Schedule (no set working hours aside from booked client shoots)
• Paid hourly (Range: $22-$25/hour depending on experience)
