Wayne Building Products is growing, and we're looking for a driven Manufacturing Sales Representative to join our team in both Edmonton and Calgary.
This role is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys building long-term customer partnerships.
What You'll Do- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Promote and sell manufactured building products
- Prepare quotes, pricing, and product solutions
- Work closely with production, operations, and customer service teams
- Track sales activity, forecasts, and market trends
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience (manufacturing or building products preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Comfortable managing a sales territory and traveling as needed
- Understanding of steel and aluminum products used in construction
