OPA! of Greece is Canada's leading Quick Service Greek Restaurant brand, with over 120 locations nationwide and a strong growth pipeline. We are passionate about great food, exceptional service, and strategic franchise partnerships.

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Franchise Development Manager to lead franchise recruitment and support the continued expansion of OPA! of Greece across Canada, with a strong focus on Ontario and the Atlantic provinces.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end franchise development process from initial inquiry to franchise agreement execution
• Source, qualify, and recruit high-quality franchise partners aligned with OPA!'s brand, culture, and financial standards
• Achieve or exceed annual franchise sales and development targets
• Maintain and manage a strong franchise pipeline using

• Collaborate with Leasing, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership to support successful openings
• Support

• Assist franchise candidates understanding site selection criteria, leasing expectations and timelines
• Ensure compliance with franchise disclosure legislation and internal policies
• Represent OPA! of Greece at franchise shows, discovery days, and industry events
• Travel within Canada as needed

What You Bring

• 5-7+ years of franchise development or franchise sales experience (QSR or restaurant preferred)
• Proven success awarding franchises and meeting growth targets
• Strong understanding of franchise disclosure regulations and best practices
• Experience working with leasing teams and retail real estate fundamentals
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, CRM-driven, and results focused
• Ability to travel as required
