The Position

We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Learning Solutions team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and has a passion for designing engaging, visually compelling eLearning materials.

Responsibilities

Design and format eLearning content including storyboards, modules, infographics, and other digital assets.

Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and clients to bring learning experiences to life.

Apply brand guidelines and accessibility standards to all visual content.

Create and edit multimedia assets including animations, illustrations, and videos.

Support the development of interactive learning using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a learning or professional services environment.

Expert-level proficiency in:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Microsoft PowerPoint and Word

Articulate Storyline and Rise

Vyond or similar video animation tools

Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.

Experience working with instructional designers and SMEs to translate content into effective visuals.

Ability to quickly determine customer needs and effectively represent customer brand

Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
