SouthWest Fire Protection is a trusted provider of fire protection services based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We specialize in installation, service and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems for both residential and commercial Properties.
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Service Department Administrator to provide essential support to our Service Manager in daily administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Perform data entry, documentation preparation and reports accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation and spreadsheets.
-Support management team with clerical duties.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and organizational skills.
- Experience with data entry and clerical tasks is essential
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
