JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Email-Chat Support Specialist that will take responsibility for handling customer queries via email, live chat and other social media platforms. The successful candidate will have the ability to understand and empathize with customer concerns, while providing swift and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional support to customers via email and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to assist customers accurately.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience in customer service or support, particularly in an email/chat environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
