This role is designed to directly support business development leadership and clients of the company. You will be embedded in live searches, client communication, and recruiting operations from day one.

The Role

We are hiring a Recruiting & Client Support Coordinator to work closely with business development leadership, supporting active client searches and day-to-day recruiting execution. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone early in their career who is sharp, dependable, highly organized, and eager to learn professional recruiting and client-facing workflows.

You will not be doing generic admin work. You will be directly involved in candidate outreach, resume evaluations, client coordination, and recruiting logistics that impact real hiring decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support active client searches by coordinating candidate pipelines and outreach
  • Evaluate candidate resumes and profiles
  • Track candidates, interviews, and client updates with strong attention to detail
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups
  • Maintain clean records of search activity and communication
  • Act as a reliable execution partner to ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Who We're Looking For

  • Early-career professional or recent graduate with strong written communication skills
  • Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working with deadlines
  • Professional, polished, and able to communicate clearly with candidates and clients
  • Quick learner who can follow structured processes and improve them over time
  • Comfortable working independently while supporting stakeholders
  • High integrity, discretion, and respect for confidential information

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Exposure to recruiting, staffing, HR, sales operations, or customer support
  • Experience using LinkedIn, ATS tools & CRMs
  • Interest in technology, startups, or professional services
