Opportunity We are seeking a creative, analytical, and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
• Create engaging content for websites, onsite digital presentations, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and prepare regular reports on key metrics. Optimize website content and structure for SEO to increase organic search visibility and rankings.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence through strategic posting, engagement, and community management.
• Coordinate with designers and sales teams to develop creative assets for campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Constant Contact, Loomly) Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills Ability to work under conditions of pressure and adjust to urgent situations
• Proven ability to work in a team environment
• Detail orientated with disciplined work habits
